Champagne Sunset Vela a St. Lucia

We loved the sunset cruise. The staff were very professional and friendly. Send gentle reminders and on the day even called to confirm we're on our way. On the cruise, it was perfect. We love the steel pan music, the MC was great - she made us laugh nicely. The dancing music, drinks and food were well organized and executed. We love they served both non-alcohol and alcohol beverages. Love the fruit punch and cocktails.

Vernon made my newly fiancé and I feel very special when we got our experience with Sea Spray Cruise. This wasn't our first time doing a cruise with this company here in St Lucia but when I discovered that it wasn't, it made sense because our first and 2nd time were both amazing. Vernon is a master classman in photography and videography and we're very appreciative of his willingness to capture our unforgettable experience!

Company Sea Spray Cruises failed to answer any forms of communication. Phone numbers disconnected quickly, email, chat and WhatsApp all handled by AI bot. Was supposed to get a reconfirmation to get time for pick up from hotel and was given a generic message about meeting at a location that was in fact NOT my hotel.

I booked this sunset cruise well in advance for my honeymoon and received multiple confirmations of the pickup location and departure time, including a reminder email the day before the excursion. Shortly afterward, I received another email claiming the boat was experiencing technical difficulties and would require repairs. I was offered the option to reschedule for Wednesday, but I explained that I would already be leaving the island that day. What happened next was even more disappointing. I then received another email stating that the previous message had been sent “in error” and that the actual reason for the cancellation was a low guest count. So which was it? Was the boat truly having mechanical issues, or was the trip simply canceled because there weren’t enough passengers? It appears the technical issue was nothing more than an excuse. What’s especially frustrating is that I’ve read reviews from other customers who said they were the only couple on board, proving that private or low-capacity cruises have been accommodated before. When I pointed this out, the only response I received was that I would be refunded. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no attempt to make the situation right. This excursion was supposed to be a special part of our honeymoon, and having it canceled at the last minute for what appears to be a dishonest reason was incredibly disappointing. A refund does not excuse misleading customers or poor communication. Transparency and customer service matter, especially when people are planning once-in-a-lifetime vacations. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Fortunately, we booked with Lucian Adventures instead, and they were exceptional. They had no issue taking us out even though we were the only couple, provided appetizers and drinks, shared interesting information throughout the cruise, and made us feel valued as customers. The difference in professionalism and customer service was night and day.

Lovely, smooth sailing . The nature , mountain water waves were simply amazing. Great hospitality, DJ, friendly staff. We had really a great time. Staff was great and very collaborative and friendly

Excellent Experience! The islands and waterways on this sailing are awesome and the boat crew were exceptional!! They recognized anniversary couples and birthday people to celebrate...great time!!

At first glance you knew this trip was going to be special and From start to finish you was treat so good the crew being very attentive

Good for a solo trip, staff are great and so fun and friendly. Daniel also took really really good pics. Staff make sure everyone gets involved and have a great time. If your travelling solo you will deffo meet fun people on the boat

This was me and my wife's first catamaran cruise, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. We were picked up when and where we were told, and the travel was very straightforward. Sea Spray Cruises took us out for a 2 hour cruise, and it was worth every penny. We were surrounded by steel drum music, rum punch, and excellent company. There were about 20 other people on the cruise, but there was plenty of room on the catamaran to move and see the ocean. By the end, we were all dancing! The staff were attentive to our needs and joined in the fun as well.
