Everything went so smoothly from the moment we met the guide outside the cruise port. Air-conditioned van, bottled water, and a small friendly group. It was exactly what we needed for a stress-free day.

My husband and I took a cruise and booked the VIP Chacchoben tour. It started great. Arturo was the driver and Diego was the tour guide. Diego was very knowledgeable. Once we got to Chacchoben, it went downhill fast. I was having to be careful to not fall because my shoes had list their tread and it had just rained. Due to this, I was going slower. At no point did Diego check to make sure the group was together. Then, once we finally caught up, he did help me to climb up, which was awesome, and my husband gave him a good tip for that. When it was time to climb down, he helped me back down. After the climb down, we were basically abandoned. He had said he would slow down for me. He didn't. He again didn't check to make sure the group was together. He left us to find our own way back to the bus, where we found out that he had also had the group stop at some other sites as well. We would've loved to have heard what he had to say about the other sites. When we caught up, Diego said he thought we were with the group. That could've easily been checked. We didn't appreciate it at all. I would love to go back to Chacchoben, but it will be with a different group next time. Arturo was a great driver, but Diego was very disappointing.
