Cefalonia è una bellissima isola dello Ionio, nota per la sua cultura del vino. Un tour del vino a Cefalonia è un ottimo modo per esplorare i vigneti e le cantine sulle pendici del Monte Ainos e oltre. Imparerai tutto sulla famosa uva "Robola" introdotta dai veneziani e su come viene utilizzata per produrre vini unici di Cefalonia. Il tour sarà condotto da esperte guide enologiche che ti forniranno tutta la conoscenza e la competenza di cui hai bisogno, su una serie di vini pregiati con il modo corretto di degustarli. Visita le cantine di ogni azienda vinicola e segui il processo di produzione dalla raccolta dell'uva fino alla maturazione del vino. Cammina con la tua guida in uno dei vigneti di montagna della tenuta e sorseggia fino a 12-15 diverse varietà di vino dell'isola, tra cui Robola e Mavrodaphne locali. Sono inclusi anche stuzzichini come olive, pane e formaggio. Potrai anche goderti il paesaggio panoramico dell'isola sorseggiando alcuni dei migliori vini che Cefalonia ha da offrire.

Gentilini è una piccola azienda vinicola boutique a conduzione familiare che produce vini di alta qualità, emozionanti e unici, promuovendo al contempo i sapori e gli aromi unici delle varietà locali di Cefalonia. È stata la prima azienda vinicola boutique in Grecia e ora produce una gamma completa di vini pregiati unici che vengono esportati in tutto il mondo. Ti verrà offerto un tour completo della cantina e dei vigneti, seguito da una degustazione di vini accompagnata da un piatto di stuzzichini e dall'olio extravergine di oliva del Ritiro.
Visita un moderno complesso vinicolo che combina armoniosamente l'antico - una struttura tradizionale risalente al XVI secolo - con le moderne strutture di produzione del vino. Divino è situato sul sito dell'antica cantina di famiglia, restaurata come area espositiva/museale con wine bar, impianti restaurati per la produzione di vini passiti, e la nuova cantina ad alta tecnologia, attrezzata per produrre vini di qualità con rispetto delle caratteristiche naturali e delle esigenze particolari di ogni vitigno. Oggi la capacità produttiva annua è di 100.000 bottiglie. I 12 vini e le 3 eccezionali varietà di aceto prodotti, soddisfano tutte le preferenze e soddisferanno ogni palato.
Nel cuore della zona vinicola di Robola, decine di viticoltori di Omala e delle zone circostanti hanno creato la Cooperativa vinicola di Cefalonia Robola nel 1982, nel tentativo di proteggere e promuovere il potenziale del vigneto di Cefalonia. La più recente cooperativa vitivinicola greca composta da 300 membri riceve l'80% di Robolas dalla zona della Denominazione di Origine. Con il suo nuovo nome, "OREALIOS GAEA", ispirato al raro terroir e al paesaggio naturale mozzafiato, la Cooperativa sta inaugurando una nuova era, con attività e pratiche enologiche che rispettano la tradizione locale alzando al contempo l'asticella dell'arte enologica!

Fantastic day out. The wines were surprisingly good, certainly removed all preconceptions of Greek wine. The oldest winery was awesome with plenty of history of the island pre 1953 earthquake thrown in. Great to meet Jack. We will certainly go on this tour again

This is one of the best tours we've ever booked on a holiday! It is so easy to book online. Pickup at our accommodation confirmed quickly when I emailed them. Our tour guide Katerina was so good. Passionate about Kefalonia. So welcoming to guests. She had so much enthusiasm and knowledge about the island and its history and, of course, about wine. We were a group of 12 staying around different resorts. The first winery we tasted 6 wines. All were really good. I even bought a bottle of the rose and I never drink or buy rose at home. The second winery we were led through 10 wines by Katerina herself and we all had so much fun tasting the wines together. We also tasted olive oil and a special vinegar. At the third winery, we tried 5 or 6 wines and were given a tour about wine production. We would book this tour again without hesitation.

The Kefalonia Wine Adventure was an excellent trip. A full day spent with our wonderful guide, Katerina, whose passion for Kefalonia was so interesting and heart warming. We were chauffeured throughout the morning and afternoon to three different wineries by our professional driver, George, where we learned about the wine culture of the island. We also learned about the famous Robola grape introduced by the Venetians. We were given all the knowledge and expertise to properly enjoy a wine tasting. All three wineries were great, but different and we thoroughly enjoyed learning each winery’s harvest and production process. We tasted various wines at each winery and enjoyed meze of breads, oils, cheeses and other wonderful nibbles with people from all over the world. Such fun conversations flowing at each tasting. We bought 3 bottles of wine and a bottle of balsamic vinegar with honey. If you enjoy wines, this is a must do adventure.

The whole experience was excellent. Georgia was very helpful with information when initially booking the trip and Katarina and George were our very hospitable host and driver on the day. We had the best time, met a lovely group of people and our tour guide was great, there was 6 in our group so it was quite interesting finding out about each other and everyone’s take on the wine we was tasting. We visited 3 wineries and a boutique. Each winery was special in its own way, but my favourite was Divino Winery/Museum this had a lot of history and the wine was amazing, it’s what i imagined wine tasting would be.
We prioritize our wine adventures to truly provide an authentic wine-tasting experience! We are beyond delighted you truly enjoyed this excursion with us!
First winery visit the best, second very interesting but only liked 2 wines out of ten also no available WCs Third winery was good but very rushed Host Catherine was amazing and made sure we got a toilet stop after second winery

Fabulous day with brilliant people, we are not really wine drinkers but thought we’d give it a go. Such a great experience. Our guide was very good. There were only 10 of us and we all chatted away as if we’d known each other for years. Ended up with 3 bottles of wine some vinegars and oil. Highly recommend even if you’re not a massive wine fans (you may be converted like us)
