We had Bobbie for our tour guide and she was AMAZING!! We had so much fun trying food and drinks at all the places. Everything was delicious!! Also all the history and information about Catalina Island was so interesting and fun to learn. I definitely would recommend this tour!!

Wonderfully personal tour! Carol made it feel personal with her stories and history of Catalina as we tasted delicious food-fish, potatoe tacos, chocolate cookies and empanadas with each stop serving a drink (some alcoholic ). I would highly recommend this small group tour.
The guides focused on safety while keeping a playful atmosphere. KB and Hayden were a delightful team!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience on the Catalina Food Tour! It was one of the highlights of our trip to the island. We visited several wonderful local spots and enjoyed a variety of delicious food and drinks that we probably would not have discovered on our own. Beyond the food, we really appreciated learning about the history of Catalina. The information and stories shared throughout the tour gave us a greater appreciation for the island and truly enhanced our overall stay. Our guide, Janet, was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the entire experience fun and memorable. She did a fantastic job sharing Catalina’s history while creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the tour. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Catalina. Janet, our tour guide, was FANTASTIC! - providing a history of Catalina and Avalon, introducing wonderful food options, and giving a local’s insights on what it is like living on an island. Whenever we are in Avalon — for one day or several days — we ALWAYS book with Catalina Food Tours. It is a fun way to be introduced to or welcomed back to this magical island. AND… for 2+ hours you walk, visit, and eat GREAT FOOD! (There is always plenty of food and drink!)
Janet was an excellent guide, sharing lots of history about the island while keeping us satiated with food and drink. Honestly, all of the food was excellent and I’m craving a painkiller from Marlin Club now. Each stop was just enough time to enjoy the food/drink, learn more about the area, and converse with your tour mates. We had the best time getting to know our fellow tour members. The weather was awesome. Not too much walking (but comfy shoes recommended.) We joined the tour from our cruise ship. Would definitely book a tour like this again.
