Castello di Kruja, il vecchio bazar e Sarisalltik- Partenza da Tirana

I had a fantastic day visiting Kruja Castle and the Sarisalltik site — a truly memorable experience from start to finish. Our guide Arber was a cool guy: relaxed, welcoming, and effortlessly organised. The WhatsApp group he set up beforehand was a real bonus — clear tips, timely updates, and helpful reminders made meeting up and planning transport straightforward and stress-free. Arber brought the history to life with sharp facts and charming anecdotes, and his sense of humour kept everyone engaged throughout the walk. The castle’s dramatic views and the atmospheric Old Bazaar were real highlights, and Arber pointed out local details you’d otherwise miss. Practical details were handled smoothly, the pace was comfortable, and the group vibe was relaxed and enjoyable. If you’re heading to Kruja and thinking about the Sarisalltik tour, I’d highly recommend going with Arber — great communication, brilliant guiding, and a genuinely enjoyable day out.

This was a nice tour to take when staying in Triana. Paola was an excellent tour guide. Consider this tour if visiting Triana.

I enjoyed this small-ish group tour that went from Tirana to Kruja. Our first stop, high in the mountains, was at the Bektashi temple, a cave in the mountain. It was nice and cool up there and had a great view. Then we went to Kruja Castle, where there is a nice museum. The Old Bazaar was a lot of fun to walk through.

I loved this trip and would definitely recommend it. However, if you are adverse to very steep edged, twisty roads wuth lots of hairpin bends it may not be for you. We had an excellent driver but I was very nervous on the way up. The view from the top was well worth it though and we were given lots of detailed information from our Guide, Adela. We then had a superb drive back down the mountain and had the perfect amount of time at Kruja, a lovely place with lots of eateries and local shops selling many souvenirs along the very narrow, cobbled streets. We hit Tirana during rush hour on return!

I received a WhatsApp the previous evening welcoming me to the trip, and giving me information on pick up location and times. Made me feel very confident about the tour quality and to be honest, it was great. Arber was our guide, it was a full mini bus and we were on our way. Kruja is a picture postcard location and not too far from Tirana if you don't want to spend all day travelling. As well as the most beautiful bazaar, there are a couple of museums (not included in the price) and many places to eat, drink or just enjoy the view. Unfortunately the shrine was not available due to a local event closing the area which really was a shame, but not Arber's problem; he did find a solution which was another castle. This one was not as picture perfect but the views were outstanding. The day was punctuated with Arber's knowledge of the area and country's history. The day ended with a smooth drop off and after care messages of local recommendations to experience.

We had a fabulous time and this tour. Marianna was friendly and very knowledgeable. The tour was well paced- the castle was interesting and townspeople were great! The man who should us the musical instruments and sold silver was very kind and beautiful jewelry. 12/10!!

The "artisan" market with a lot of made in China products, fortunately not just that, also some beautiful items. A seller kicked me out of his store because I was taking his picture. Break and free time at 2 PM, time to finally eat at the restaurant, the free time had elapsed, I did not have time to visit.

We had a great experience in this tour! The price was good and the length of the visit was just right. Bledi is very knowledgeable and he explains the history very well. And our driver was careful and safe during our way there and back. The van was kept pleasant, with the AC running for our comfort. I recommend this tour company to anyone interested, solo travelers, couples and families.

We had a great time with our guide Bledi who explained a lot of the history and the relevance of the places we visited. Pacing was good with the itinerary. Met a lot of nice people as well 10/10
