It was a great tour. My friend and I had enjoyed the tour with tour guide, Wederson very much. He was fun and very helpful throughout the entire trip.
Amazing experience and a great guide. Loved every moment and will highly recommend to others. Visited both Argentia and Brazil's borders, both give different views. A memory to share with others
A great tour, and nice guide. Well organised tour. It was good that the tour operator contacted me a few days in advance, no stress for picking up and dropping off. Awesome day at the Iguassu Waterfalls., Brazil. Love it.
Good communication prior to tour and picked up on time but a lot of idle time waiting - picking up additional people, getting in, going through trail, and lunch at the end and more waiting. I think this is good for people who want to do park at a very leisurely pace but myself and another person on tour had time constraints. We thought we'd be back at hotel around 1pm but it was after 3pm. I needed to work and he had a flight to catch. The driver was not much of a guide as very limited narrative about the falls and park. The falls are stunning and this tour is easy and effective way to see them without hassle of DIY but only if you are flexible with timeline and don't need more structure.
Dear We appreciate your comments about your experience on our tour to the falls. We sincerely regret that the tour did not meet your expectations and affected your further plans. We understand the importance of time and punctuality, especially for those with work or travel commitments. We regret any inconvenience caused by extending the tour beyond what was expected and take into account your concerns about the structure of the tour. We are glad to hear that you appreciated the breathtaking beauty of the falls and that the tour allowed you to enjoy them without the hassle of arranging it on your own. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with a smoother and more satisfying experience. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. We are here to help you at any time. Sincerely
Good amount of time at the falls and pick up and drop off just makes it easy. I didn't think the first shop stop was really needed.
I had a great time on my trip to the Brazilian Iguazu Falls. The trip was informative, interesting and the team members made it a great day out. The group I was part of (seven people) were catered to all day, with our needs put first and always considered a priority. Our guide, Joan Pedro, was knowledgable, made the effort to explain everything to me in English and enriched our experience of the Falls. Thank you for a great trip.
The falls are fantastic, they deserve to be part of the 7 natural wonders of the world. The park is well organized, compatible with the number of tourists it receives. I recommend the Macuco Safari tour, as it gives you an even more impressive view of the strength of the waters.
One of our favorite trips ever. The car was just two couples and the bird park was better than expected. We got there early and had the place to ourselves. Our guide also allowed us to book a river/falls boat ride that was the highlight of the day. All around a great day highly recommend.
It's spectacular! You can have a good view of the falls almost entirely, and you can reach the Devil's Throat! It is worth going, you can go alone without taking any excursions, but first it is convenient to go to the bird park and then be able to be more time in Falls!
The park is huge, we never imagined its extent. The price is fair. Good variety of birds and lots of organization. We made the park before the cataract and it worked, because we got both empty. Cataracts are most sought after in the morning. The cataract restaurant is very expensive and the buffet does not justify. The snacks are also expensive, but there is no other alternative.
