Il museo del Louvre è un luogo unico ed enorme, che si consiglia di visitare con una guida turistica professionale almeno durante la prima visita. Ho finito un liceo del Louvre (Ecole du Louvre) che mi ha permesso di avere le informazioni esatte sul museo e sui suoi oggetti, nonché la capacità di mostrarvi non solo i pezzi più famosi come fanno molte altre guide, ma anche alcuni oggetti nascosti che non sono elencati nelle linee guida per il museo. Itinerario
Nel museo del Louvre inizieremo guardando le antiche mura di un castello guerriero del 13 ° secolo che era il Louvre. Continueremo il nostro tour nella sezione Creek del museo, comprendendo la necessità degli attributi delle sculture greche e discutendo sulla Venere di Milo. Visiteremo quindi una delle prime sale del trono del periodo rinascimentale, con oggetti famosi come cariatidi, tre grazie e alcune sculture più affascinanti che risalgono al 500 a.C. Ci sposteremo nella sezione pittorica del Rinascimento, vedremo la sala in cui Napoleone celebrò il suo matrimonio con Giuseppina, continuando nella Grande Galerie del Louvre con la pittura italiana. Scoprirà una delle foto più spietate del museo e ammirerà i grandi dipinti del XIX secolo. Ti mostrerò quindi un capolavoro italiano che non è citato nelle guide ma assolutamente mozzafiato. E finiremo la nostra visita nel lussuoso appartamento di Napoleone III.

We waited for over an hour at the designated meeting place and the tour guide did not show up! Do NOT book this tour. Fraudulent!!!
Alice was a no-show for our tour. We have requested our money back but she hasn’t responded to that either. Would definitely NOT recommend this tour. Fortunately we were able to get general admission tickets to the museum 3 hours later after they opened up more ticket sales. But we weren’t able to book any sort of guided tour because it was too late. It was a very stressful, disappointing morning for our once in a lifetime trip.
Deceitful and unprofessional. Think twice before booking this tour. Alice will ask you nicely if it is okay for you to buy tickets for the time they prefer. You cannot say no EVEN if the time she prefers is no longer available at any merchant or official website of the Louvre. We bought the nearest time to her preferred time because that was the closest available. Alice knew from day 1 of booking her that we were holding entry times different from her preferred time. She is the tour guide, we are just the people paying her to tour us so if she says 11AM she will wait at the last minute to tell you that she cannot do the tour and we cannot refund our payment. BEWARE
Alice was a phenomenal guide on my very visit to The Louvre. She has a really pleasant voice to listen to, and is knowledgeable. She provided the information in such a digestible way to a place that is so magnificent and overwhelming. She didn't even ask for us to share a review, but since I was on TripAdvisor writing a review for another tour, I decided to look up her tour and write a review since I was so impressed. Amazing tour. Alice was so lovely and gave us just information on the main highlights. Will def go back to explore the Museum further.
Alice was an excellent guide and had a rich knowledge of the Louvre as well all things associated. We had a group of four and she was very attentive and engaging. Would highly recommend taking this tour.
