We recently attempted to attend a tequilla tasting event in downtown Cancun in the hotel zone, but the experience was marred by significant parking challenges. After navigating heavy traffic, I dropped off my family near the venue and set out to find parking. Despite driving around for 45 minutes, I couldn't locate a single available spot. Frustrated and out of options, we had to cancel our plans, resulting in the loss of our prepaid tickets without any refund. This ordeal highlights a critical need for better parking infrastructure or alternative transportation options for event attendees in the area. The entire process was extremely frustrating. They did offer for me to come back to pick up a free bottle of tequila, but honestly, i didn't want to face that traffic again nor try to find parking for a bottle of a failed event.

We’d like to provide some context regarding that day. It was a holiday in Mexico, which led to unusually heavy traffic and limited parking availability in the area. When we noticed that you hadn’t arrived, we attempted to contact you by phone but were unable to get through. As a result, we followed up with a text message to offer alternative solutions. To accommodate the situation, we: ✅ Offered to move your experience to another of our restaurants located just 3 kilometers away. ✅ Secured a parking space at Plaza Forum to ensure you could enjoy the activity at the original venue. ✅ Suggested the option to reschedule your experience at a more convenient time, but we understand that you declined this offer. When none of these options worked for you, we offered to gift you a bottle of tequila as a courtesy, which you could pick up at an alternative location with easier access and no traffic issues. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been, and we’re genuinely sorry that none of the proposed alternatives met your expectations that day. Our goal is always to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience, and we regret that we fell short in this instance. If there’s anything we can do to make it right or if you would like to reschedule your experience in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you again for your feedback. Best tequila experience ever. Diego was super knowledgeable about tequila and it's process. We tried 7 different teqilas and flavored teqilas. The food pairing at El Morro was absolutely delicious. Great experience friendly atmosphere.
