Very good driver English speaking. He picked up us from a hotel on time and trip to Holbox was fast. We were delivered very close to ferry boat. We are going to go back with this service

The driver was very nice and drove us to Chiquila safely. The van was clean and the A/C felt wonderful. The trip only took 2 hours.

Driver was there as arranged but somehow the drive to Chiquila took closer to 3 hours than the usual 2. Not sure what happened.
Ramon was fantastic. He was super responsive to his phone and the plane arriving late. The ride was as smooth as possible and Ramon offered to have stops along the way if we wanted to.
We have used Canada transfers in the past out of Cancun, but their rate for driving to Chiqula from the airport was relatively high. We opted for the Holbox Shuttle private shuttle over the shared shuttle because it is difficult to guess how long it might take to get through customs. This proved especially true this time as our flight from Frontier wasn't at a gate, so we had to wait at least an hour for a stair truck and for multiple bus trips to get off the plane. It took nearly two hours to finally get out of the airport to meet our Shuttle Driver. Thankfully we had been in touch the day before and while we were waiting to get out once in Cancun. Once we walked out of the airport, he was holding a clearly marked sign and we didn't have to walk too far to get to the van. Our drive was longer than expected due to a small town parade which was beyond the driver's control. He did drive a little fast at times, perhaps to make up for the time stuck waiting for the parade to end, but we were still able to make the 7 pm Ferry to Holbox. We ended up booking a different company for a shared shuttle ride back to the Airport because it was less expensive, but we would use Holbox Shuttle again in the future
Easy and smooth. They picked us up from the air port and got us to the ferry — it was a long drive but the driver did stop for light beverages and snacks along the way which was nice.
Going to Holbox for the first time can be complicated if only to book a transfer from Cancun airport to the port of Chiquila to take the ferry that takes you to Holbox where, once you get there, you have to take a taxi to your hotel. I suggest booking transport with any of the companies on the way. For the return, from Chiquila to Cancun, there is a way to book a transport from Holbox, there are several companies that offer it on the beach or in the village even for MUCH cheaper (400 pesos mxn)
