I want to be clear that she is a very friendly kind person, and her assistant was a wonderful very Helpful young man! This is not about anyone's personality. What should have been a very meaningful moment in our lives was overshadowed by poor time management and a lack of attention to the clients who had already paid for services. We waited for hours while other clients were taken before and between our scheduled session. It was obvious that too many appointments were being handled at once, and unfortunately our experience suffered because of it. We invested a decent amount expecting the level of service reflected in the reviews, which is why I chose this business over so many others. Sadly, that is not the experience we received.
My apologies for your experience, time is most important to the smooth operation of each session. When clients come late that can create stressful situations as we progress towards the day. Timely attendance is essential, this is why we encourage customers to complete their session before engaging in other activities. We also require a little more time if we do have customers who are disabled. Thank you for your patience with us and we appreciate your feedback.

Hi, we do value customer experience making inaccurate/false/ harmful reviews with the intent to undermine businesses is not good. You have the wrong tour operator please find the correct guide.
Very professional. Quick process. Loved the setup and they were beautiful pictures . Will definitely return to do more . Water was shallow and not deep at all
