Itinerario
Check-in al Carleton Lodge - Di fronte alla funivia del Whistler Village e accanto al Longhorn Saloon. SI PREGA DI INCONTRARSI 30 MINUTI PRIMA DELL'ORARIO DI PARTENZA PROGRAMMATO. Incontra la tua guida e prendi la nostra navetta per la Callaghan Valley, a circa 20 minuti a sud del villaggio di Whistler. Alla nostra Base, riceverai la tua attrezzatura (casco integrale, occhiali, guanti e qualsiasi attrezzatura per la pioggia se necessario). La tua guida ti introdurrà al buggy fuoristrada, come utilizzarlo, insieme ai nostri protocolli di sicurezza. Farai quindi una breve sessione di allenamento prima di partire per il tour. Questo tour è di 3 ore andata e ritorno inclusi i trasferimenti, l'attrezzatura per gli ospiti, l'introduzione alla sicurezza, l'allenamento e il tempo di percorrenza.

- Patente di guida : I conducenti devono avere più di 19 anni di età con una patente di guida completa (senza restrizioni) valida equivalente a una patente BC Classe 5 o Classe 6. Tutti i conducenti che hanno meno di 25 anni sono tenuti a presentare la patente al momento del check-in.
- È obbligatorio per tutti i partecipanti al tour firmare una liberatoria di responsabilità e un modulo di rinuncia. Tutti i partecipanti di età inferiore ai 19 anni devono avere un genitore o un tutore legale presente per firmare a loro nome.
- Tutti i partecipanti devono indossare un casco integrale approvato dal Dipartimento dei Trasporti.
- In nessun caso è consentito a qualsiasi persona sospettata di intossicazione oltre il limite di guida legale nella Columbia Britannica di partecipare come conducente o passeggero a qualsiasi tour. Le persone a cui è stata negata la partecipazione non riceveranno alcun rimborso.
- Le norme di sicurezza richiedono al fornitore del tour di non consentire alle donne incinte di guidare come autista o passeggero su un ATV o SXS (Buggy).
- Opera in tutte le condizioni atmosferiche, si prega di vestirsi in modo appropriato. Equipaggiamento da pioggia gratuito disponibile.
- I partecipanti devono indossare scarpe chiuse.
- Per partecipare ai tour in ATV, ci deve essere un adulto (per gruppo di massimo 7 ATV) che sappia parlare un livello di conversazione di Inglese.
- Le norme di sicurezza richiedono che Canadian Wilderness Adventures non permetta alle donne incinte di viaggiare come conducente o passeggero nei tour ATV o Buggy. Tutte le future mamme sono le benvenute nei nostri tour in canoa o jeep.

Brock took us on the most amazing tour and went out of his way to take pictures and videos of all of us. He was super personable and kind. 10/10 experience.

Super day. Went with a group of friends and we all had great fun. Our guide was Jim who was excellent. It was very dry so very hard to see at times with the amount of dust .... Be prepared!!!! Thanks again Jim , great fun 😎

Had an amazing experience with Brock on the tour! He was a great guide. Super friendly and was a great teacher to someone who hasn’t been on an atv for a couple of years ! Would 100% go again.
I had a horrible experience. They were not accommodating at all. We were late by a minute and the tour left us. They weren’t flexible at all. They did not help with rescheduling either and they charged us the whole amount.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are disappointed that you were unable to join your tour as scheduled. To ensure tours depart on time, all guests are required to check in 30 minutes prior to departure. This allows sufficient time to complete required waivers, receive instructions, and prepare for the tour experience. Our team contacted your group approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time as you had not arrived yet, at which point you advised that you were 5 minutes away. We followed up again 5 minutes before departure and were advised that you were 1 minute away. Unfortunately, your group arrived several minutes after the tour had already departed. At that point, accommodating your group would have required delaying the tour further while waivers were completed, impacting other guests who had arrived on time as well as the remainder of the day's tour schedule. In fairness to all guests, we were unable to hold the tour beyond its scheduled departure time. While we understand your frustration and regret that you missed your tour, our team was following established procedures designed to ensure an enjoyable and timely experience for all participants. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered the option to rebook at a discounted rate, though we understand that this was not a suitable solution for your group. The ATV tour with Brock was just great!! The group tour was fun and the views were amazing!
