The young woman who sells the tickets in the Plaza Sevilla is terrible! Zero understanding or service attitude and she does not know how to organize people. A real disaster, it is more worth it to walk since the cost-benefit is not worth it when they make you wait 40min for a bus. The manager knew about our case and did not do anything either. Terrible service

The experience was great and I would do it again
The bus took forever to leave outside the port terminal. The Cadiz Cathedral was very beautiful. The tower had a great view of the city and the ocean. Wait for 40 mins at the stop 11. No bus was coming . Not worth the money to me. The ticket to get into the Catheral was included. Spent over 6 hours to get to 4 stops.
