Daniele, our guide, was able to involve the children with sympathy and originality, while managing to provide useful information and details for every age. We would be curious to try the other proposals in the city, too bad not to stay in Florence longer!

We ended up booking Florence Syndrome for 4 of the 5 days we stayed in Florence. After the first day - the tour was so amazing / insightful / that we knew we had to visit all the other spots in Florence with them. It’s a husband and wife team and they literally make you feel like a Medeci movie is playing out before your eyes. You can never get this level of insight without them. I will tell all my friends and family to book with them. Beyond 5 star.

I participated in this beautiful tour, the guides Daniele and Consuelo dressed in historical clothes!, literally took us by the hand and introduced us to the Renaissance world of the Medici family. They involved young and old making us passionate about the wonders of Florence we will definitely return to participate in other family tours. Highly recommended!

I visited Florence with my family. We took three tours with the incredible Florence Syndrome. We (Palazzo Vecchio, Accademia, and the Uffizi Gallery). Each tour was led by our fantastic guide, Consuelo, who went above and beyond to engage our 8-year-old daughter with fascinating stories and anecdotes. The tour of Palazzo Vecchio was especially memorable. Consuelo dressed in historical costume, which added an authentic and immersive touch to the experience. We couldn't have asked for a better way to explore the rich history and art of Florence. We highly recommend Florence Syndrome to anyone visiting the city, and we can’t wait to return to discover more hidden gems of Florence with them.

I visited Palazzo Vecchio with my two "childrens" (11 and 16 years old). Daniele, our guide, was overwhelming and engaging. Through a clever mix of anecdotes and notions, we discovered one of the most decorated and beautiful buildings in the city.
