Il tour autoguidato inizia di fronte agli iconici Giardini di Tivoli, il terzo parco divertimenti più antico del mondo risalente al 1843. Scopri la storia di Tivoli e risolvi una missione basata sulla posizione. Raccoglierai parole ad ogni fermata che ti permetteranno di leggere un messaggio segreto alla fine. Non entrerai a Tivoli o in altri luoghi, ma li vedrai dall'esterno. Ma se volete visitare le attrazioni, potete mettere in pausa la City Hunt in qualsiasi momento.
Siete liberi di visitare tutte le attrazioni lungo il percorso. Passerai ad esempio davanti al municipio, dove imparerai a conoscere il fondatore della città e risolverai una ricerca basata sulla posizione. Lungo la strada, otterrete raccomandazioni nelle vicinanze. Ad esempio, il municipio dove è possibile visitare l'orologio meccanico più preciso del mondo (gratis!)
La famosa via pedonale dello shopping di Copenaghen, Strøget, in realtà non è una strada ma un'area che copre quattro strade pedonali e tre piazze. Quando è stata inaugurata nel 1962, era la strada pedonale più lunga del mondo. Visita bellissimi passaggi che si diramano da Strøget per risolvere missioni creative.

Visita la storica Gråbrødretorv (piazza Greyfriars) che prende il nome dal monastero ‘Gråbrødrekloster che si trovava qui dal 1238 al 1530. Imparerai anche a conoscere i Grandi Incendi di Copenaghen, che distrussero quasi tutto il patrimonio medievale e rinascimentale di Copenaghen e risolverai una missione con l'aiuto delle case splendidamente colorate.
Rundetårn (torre rotonda) fu costruita nel XVII secolo dal re Cristiano IV come osservatorio astronomico. È famosa per la sua scalinata equestre (conosciuta anche come scala dei cavalieri), che è una rampa in leggera pendenza che può essere salita dai cavalli. La torre fa parte del complesso Trinitatis, che comprende anche una cappella, una chiesa e una biblioteca, dove Hans Christian. Nota che l'ingresso a Rundetårn non è incluso e non è necessario per risolvere la missione. Se desiderate visitare la torre, potete semplicemente mettere in pausa la Caccia alla Città.

Nyhavn fu scavata a mano dal 1671 al 1673 da soldati Danesi e prigionieri di guerra Svedesi. Il canale permetteva alle navi di portare merci e pesce direttamente nel cuore della città.

A fantastic lovely walk, about 4 km. The tasks are equal and very different. All tasks were “to go to” and the directions only require you to know the difference on the right and left! (We implemented the Danish version)
Even for a local Copenhagen man, it was a really good way to experience his own city and discover new details while solving fun puzzles.
Absolutely wonderful way to explore a slice of Copenhagen. Exactly what we want out of a trail. Puzzles were clever and imaginative, came with great recommendations as we went for places to stop and visit, taught you about the city and gave extra titbits that you wouldn't necessarily have learnt. We ended up doing the trail in the dark which did make some puzzles difficult but we proved it can be done! Without wishing to spoil anything, the ending was delightfully surprising and enjoyable. Huge compliments to Lee Ann for putting it together, we had an amazing time!
A really fun way to explore Copenhagen. The clues were just challenging enough and the children (9 and 12) enjoyed taking the lead with directing us around the city. Led to a couple of hidden gems that we would probably not have found without it! We did it over 2 days because we had something else booked and that worked just as well - allow 2-4 hours, depending on how much you want to stop/enjoy the sights along the way. We had the Copenhagen card so it didn't cost us anything extra. Would definitely recommend if you are exploring the city with pre-teens.
We had a wonderful day in Copenhagen. We highly recommend this treasure hunt and it was a great way to see a lot of Copenhagen and learn a lot as well. The questions and information were interesting, and you could see not only the main attractions but also small, wonderful places like Jorcks Passage.
We tried this for the first time and can highly recommend it as a fun and original way to explore the city. It took us to places we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own, and the experience was both engaging and enjoyable. The City Hunt includes a booklet, solution card and pen, and was a great mix of historic facts, local tips and fun quests. Our daughter loves treasure hunts, so this was right up her alley — she had a fantastic time! Highly recommended if you’re looking for something different to do or just want to see the city from a fresh perspective!
We had already had a couple of days looking around the city but as we already had the Copenhagen card and wanted to visit Tivoli, we thought we'd try this afterwards for a bit of fun. My partner and I actually really enjoyed this. We felt it had the right balance of puzzles, waking and interesting info. We certainly saw new bits of the city and learned things about bits we'd already seen. Definitely something different and enjoyable to do!
