fun time and worth the money. Unlimited drinks was the best
Book with a different agency...or go to the port ans book there. I had a late booking, which this company said they could accommodate. I had questions about to link up location that were completely ignored until after the link-up time had passed. By the time they answered my message, it was 10 minutes beyond the link time - ans they refused to wait for me though I was on the phone with them and was within 5 minutes of the link spot. Had they responded initially, I wouldn't have had an issue. Fortunately, I was able to book directly and on site with Caborey, which had so-so food and excellent unlimited drinks. Still, the views on Caborey were fantastic and their customer service was
It was a party from start to finish. The boat was great. The crew as fantastic. Would definitely recommend it.
We had a wonderful experience on the sunset cruise. The crew was fun and lively, the atmosphere was great! The views and photos were stunning! The photographer on board captured great shots of everyone on board. We definitely recommend making time for this activity when in Cabo.
Catamaran was not in the best shape which affected the experience

Do not book no communication boat left us and we were on time !! Very rude when I asked for my money back because why would you leave me and keep my money
Hello, we regret that you were unable to experience our tour. When you booked, we sent you an email with instructions on the location and time you should arrive. Our departure is promptly at 5:00 PM, as stated from the beginning. We received your call saying you were lost, and we informed you that out of respect for the guests who arrived on time, we couldn't wait. Even so, we gave you a 10-minute grace period. You called back at approximately 5:20 PM, and as I mentioned, we couldn't wait any longer for you. We are sorry. Have a wonderful day.
Nice ride ! Enjoyed the music selection. I didn't like how the photographer tried to upsale the pictures. Complete rip off! They said to be there at 445pm got there on time and they allowed people to cut the line. It's to hot to be standing in the sun when you were on time. Other than the 2 situations the boat ride is nice.

You were informed that boarding begins at 4:55 pm, and you were told that you could go inside the Luxury Avenue mall to be in the air-conditioned environment. We would prefer that you not be in the sun, but we are located in a place where it is extremely hot during the summer. We apologize in advance.
This was THE funnest boat ride I have ever been on. The staff was the best, so friendly, fun, and just made you feel comfortable. Free unlimited drinks the whole ride, they also give you a little snack half way through the boat ride! They take professional pictures of you through out the ride, and the photographer will even give you some poses to do! You can also take pictures with your phone. The views were beautiful, the ride was smooth, the atmosphere was 1000/10. They also have a dj that plays any song you want, and bathrooms on site. Check in process super easy, right in front of the luxury mall, there was about 20 of us on the boat, and it lasted for around 2 hours. I can’t recommend this company and boat ride enough!
Everything excellent if you want to see the arch and spend a good afternoon
The music is loud and not appropriate for kids. I traveled with my family (including a special needs 10 yr old). This was more of a party setting than a relaxing sunset trip. Also- the boat is run down and needs some repairs. The crew takes posed photos of the passengers during the entire trip and then charges $20 a photo or $60 for all the photos.
