Great tour experience with Rancho Tours. Booked short cruise to the Cabo San Lucas Arch. Rancho provided roundtrip transfers from hotel as well. Chino and Martine were on time and very friendly. Our boat captain was Benji, who was very good and prioritized safety of guests of all ages. Rancho representative at the marina was Ernesto who was full of class and greeted customers in a professional manner. We wanted to get dropped off the boat at the beach after tour on the way back and Benji would have accommodated but said the seas were a bit rough due to high tide and not very safe. He was right on. He suggested that we take a 10 min stroll to a beautiful beach at Medano after docking. Much better than being dropped off at near Arch at high tide. Highly recommend Rancho. Also they are affiliated with a restaurant close by air conditioning where you can sit until your return shuttle arrived. I highly recommend Rancho Tours.

Poor customer service, misleading, and condescending. Not clear communication. Sent to a different area not mentioned in the brochure. False advertisement. They said the consumer made the mistake while not taking ownership of the misdirection and miscommunication. The attitude was very poor and not even closely acknowledging anything. Spoke to the manager on duty in which this company, Rancho Tours is on the Pueblo property.

Driver was very considerate. Took us to air conditioned places to wait. Delivered us to boarding after a great tour of the cities special places. Commentary in English and Spanish that was understandable to bilingual people or mono lingual. Supplied water and reminded us frequently of its availability. Let us know when some shops were expensive others were more reasonably priced.
