Highly rated and great professional photos to buy. Don't listen to everyone, nothing was out of line for prices. You can also take your own. Short enough to still enjoy the rest of day.

It was. Uncomfortable. The trip was 80% about waiting as everyone had their pictures taken by the guide. It wasn’t focused on the sea life or the adventure in the boat. Unfortunately it wasn’t worth it.
Hi, it sounds like maybe you were with a group who requested a photo package. I am sorry that happened. It is rare but sometimes the rest of the people in the boat are together and wanting to get professional pictures in front of each landmark. If you opt for a private tour you don't have to wait for other people and you can use that time for whatever you want. To be clear, you are never required to buy any photos, it is for the people with family and friends who know this might be the only opportunity for pictures they might get of everyone together. I hope the rest of your time in Cabo was amazing!

Description of tour on Viator is not accurate. Only thing included was a 45 minute tour on the glass boat. They do not bring you to the beach! $40 was worth the tour in my opinion, but know you’ll have to pay someone else to bring you to and from Lover’s Beach. I will not buy from Viator again, after being mislead.
Hi, the listing says that it is a complete full clear boat and cannot go on the beaches because it will scratch them. I send an email after booking reminding you to ask at check in for a ride over to the beaches on a water taxi after the tour if you want to go on the beach. We have a toll free number to use if you have questions about how to do that. We are sorry you did not check your email or call so that we could help with that. That is an amazing tour on the full clear boat and worth every peso and minute. Next time read closer or call us so that you get the exact experience you want. Enjoy the rest of your time in Cabo.
There was no memorable part of the tour as we were informed at the last moment while in the taxi on the way to the tour that we were being bumped (with no specific reason). The agent gave us another time later in the day but our trip was planned and the inconvenience was frustrating. Instead we cancelled and asked for a refund. We took our chances and found a tour on our own in the marina. It was cheaper, less of a hassle and there were no surprises. This nightmare turned into a blessing in disguise. I won’t use Viator for tours again. This is a bad business practice and could have ruined our trip but it didn’t.
Hi Frank, you were given a reason. We can't control when the government changes the rules overnight. If you choose to travel during a global pandemic you already know that the rules are changed by the minute. As you are aware because we, and everyone everywhere in Cabo, has told you that the capacity in Cabo went from 50% to 40% overnight. We are glad that you found a local street vendor to help you and always encourage people to stimulate the Cabo economy. Thanks for doing so. We hope you continue to do so.
Our tour guide was very friendly and informative! We loved seeing the fishes swim under the clear boat as well as the arc. It was an incredible experience overall.

This was a really nice boat trip that was extra neat because of the all clear boat. The typical glass bottom boats only had a strip of window down the bottom center of the boat so everyone would have to crowd in to see anything. With the clear boat, you literally felt like you were in the ocean. Go earlier in the day. We went in the evening so the fish weren't as active and harder to see. This was the only reason for my 4 stars, not 5. But the tour was really good! It was neat to get up close to the arch and rocks, etc. Oscar, our guide, was really good and made the trip fun. The driver was also very nice. Would highly recommend this!

Ulises was An amazing tour guide and an expert photographer. Having him as part of our experience on this tour was just priceless an extremely memorable. My wife and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and this tour really completed that memory.

It was a waste of time and money. The tour guide did not get close to the arc, Beaches or other tourist places during the trip. If you want to visit the lovers Beach you have to make a second reservation and pay extra. Also they include a photographer on the boat but you have to pay to get those pictures. Since I still wanted to visit the lovers beach, I talked with the locals and they offered to take my partner and I for $40 (800 pesos) total. It was a much ENJOYABLE experience, we got to take our own pictures, got off at the beach, swam with the fish and got picked up an hour later. If you are planning on booking this tour keep in mind that you will not be able to swim, take your own pictures or stay on the beaches.
Hi, thanks for your feedback. I am not sure what you mean that you can't take your own pictures. The entire tour is Instagram worthy and we say several times that you should bring your phone for pictures. No one prohibits you from taking pictures, the company simply offers a professional photo shoot as well. You under no obligation to even look at those pictures if you don't want to. We are sorry you thought you were going to get off at the beaches for this experience or be able to get in the water. The listing says it's a 45 minute boat tour by the beaches and to the Arch. Had you contacted us before booking and let us know you wanted to get wet we would have suggested the all-inclusive snorkel experience instead. We have had almost 300 happy clients on that tour but you do get wet. Next time please call us and we will make sure that you get the adventure that you are seeking.
