Felix and Becky were very helpful. They were kind and professional. I will use them again.
My husband and I booked a private car to take us to our Cabo resort. The company texted us and the middle of the night telling us that it would be an additional $30 fee due to the location of our Cabo resort. We reluctantly agreed and when we arrived at the airport, our driver never showed up. They texted us back after we asked where they were and they told us we never showed up. They then informed us that we would need to pay an additional $20 we tried to fight this through TripAdvisor, but they refused to give us a refund. This is ridiculous. We have paid $80 and did not receive service. I will be fighting this with our credit card company.
Felix of Legacy transportation was wonderful. He was there ahead of time waiting on us. He texted us the minute the plane landed. He picked us up for an early airport departure before 8 AM right on time. Very helpful with our luggage and our electric scooter. Great driver. Never too fast or too slow.
Skip the lines and sales pitches at the airport, and head straight to your ride, which will text you while you're still in the airport. We enjoyed a smooth trip to the resort in a spacious Sprinter van, just my wife and me. This is by far the best way to travel from the airport to the resorts.
Great service - Felix was prompt and welcoming. I’ll definitely book again when I return. Why ride a shuttle crowded with people when you can have an SUV alone?
They were attentive to the arrival of the flight in order to receive us for transfer to the hotel.
I booked travel through Tripadvisor, using Legacy Transportation. The email instructions said to meet at column 10. All companies provide a person in the pick up area to assist you with your drive. Legacy did not, and no one was at column 10. I ask a guy who ends up knowing the company, he calls them, they tell me to meet at column 3. I go to 3, no one is there. They text me to go upstairs to meet the driver. This is now 40 minutes of wasted time to get a ride. The reason why they were upstairs was to avoid having to pay a fee to the airport. There are a 1,000 people waiting to give you a ride, uber now picks you up. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME DONT BOOK WITH LEGACY. THEY ARE AWFUL PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. RUN FROM THEM
The ride was good but the overall experience not so much. Instead of the usual pickup spot, we were directed to go to upstairs to the departure level to be picked up, even though there were numerous signs that read “drop off only.” After waiting about 15 minutes, our driver arrived in a not very nice sedan but could not pick us up because there was a police officer stationed on the deck specifically to prevent this type of behavior. We were then instructed to go back downstairs to the normal pickup area where we were eventually picked up in a nice SUV and driven to our hotel without further event. I was put off by the added inconvenience as well as almost being provided a less comfortable accommodation than requested.
Highly recommend Felix as the driver! We felt safe and enjoyed the ride! Prompt service and communication during pickup! We will always use this company when we go to Cabo!
