A few minutes before landing, got a message from our driver; introduced himself, let us know where he will be picking us up including a photo of the front of the building (private pick up point) and color, model of his car. 👍🏼 Upon exiting the airport, there he is a few steps away and a ready smile loaded our baggage’s. In record time, we’re at our resort!! Great job !!

Private transfers are more expensive but worth the money! I have always taken private but in my last Cabo trip (Sept.23) I tried Viator/Epic for a shared ride. What a miserable experience that was. NO air conditioning. 9 ppl crammed in a hot van with literally no shocks either. Why waste any part of your vacation (shared rides stop at so many hotels) when you can pay extra and enjoy your vacation from the very beginning with a private service. I’ll forever take a private service moving forward. Shared ride was a miserable, horrible experience!
Easy pickup. Friendly service. No problems at all. Met right outside the terminal and away we went. Thumbs up.
My shuttle was 1 hour late today. I had a reservation with confirmation and the driver didn’t even have me on his list when he eventually showed up. Another car operator had to call this terrible company to have the driver show up. My wife, myself and 2 kids were waiting outside in the heat and we paid $32 USD for 2 drinks at the airport bar waiting. And there wasn’t any beer or even water in the shuttle which is advertised in their pictures online. I could have just taken the free hotel bus instead of paying for a private shuttle but hoped we could get there a little faster paying for a shuttle. The shuttle was driving so slow that multiple shuttles went around us. VERY FRUSTRATING. I’ve emailed multiple times for a refund but no response. I do not recommend wasting your time and money with this company. Will never use them again.
