Do yourself a favor and don’t even think of booking this. They don’t respond and even if confirmed, they say “they can’t do anything on automatic bookings through apps”
We went to Paris for a day and the Tuk Tuk tour made it really memorable. Travelling this way meant we went down side streets and saw a side of Paris that would not have been available to us by bus. The tour made us laugh and Matthieu was very accommodating. Thank you
We showed up on time and at the correct location for the tour, and the operator was nowhere to be found. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact the operator directly via phone (which cost us for international calling) and through the Viator app, we contacted Viator directly. They were also unable to immediately reach the operator, so they cancelled our booking and issued a request for refund for No Show. This operator is a scam and would have kept our money had we not contacted Viator. Our family was stood up and our children very disappointed. Do not use this operator if you value your time and money.
Hello, I remember you, I answered your call, I explained to you that I had not received your reservation, probably due to a technical problem. I apologized for the inconvenience, I proceeded with the refund immediately. How can you say that we are a scam? You got your money back!
Our tour guide was very friendly and helpful. He helped our 8 year old understand and was flexible with pick up and drop off locations. Great experience!
Rafael was amazing. Even in the rain he took great care of my family. Definitely recommend this tour. He even provided us a speaker to connect to and listen to music during our ride.
This was a great tour with Felix. He was a wonderful guide who was very flexible. He took us to all of the highlights and stopped to allow us to take pictures or explore for a bit. He knows the city so well and this was a great way for us to see the sights and get our bearings on our first day!
Ahtif (probably messed up the spelling) was our guide and was very accommodating. Good overview of the city, loved having traditional French music playing on the tour. Great stops for photo opportunities. (If you are looking for a detailed history of everything this is not that)
The driver was friendly and informed us about the sights. He also took great pictures of us 👍🏻
