The bus was very smooth and the tables were designed well. Sandwiches and cakes went down well with a glass of presented and a cup of tea. The staff were helpful and chatty when they needed to be. A very enjoyable experience.
Absolutely fantastic afternoon tea bus tour. Excellent communication from start to finish. Staff on board exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had 2 children with me and the staff couldn't be more accommodating. Would highly highly recommend!!!
Beware! No guide, just a bus ride with tea in a (cure?) plastic cup. Viator changes do not get to the tour bus :( Our 2:30 to 3:15 change 4 days prior was on our ticket, but when we arrived, it was determined we were late, so no food per request. They accomodated by giving us no-show seats (perhaps someone else's revised time ticket?) and tried to be nice. But the "tour" was just a ride - no context for the sights. Mediocre food. It was nice to see the city and hydrate while sitting, so not a total loss. The day was hot, and the windows brought some air flow, but the AC only brought hot air, not cool. Glad i had a personal fan to stay cool. I'd do it again and bring my own guide if i was so inclined, but that's not really likely.
Great on board experience but finding where to get on the bus was confusing, it needs to be better explained to people as many of us aren't familiar with London. The pick up location was off a Main Street and even our taxi driver didn't know where to go

I booked the Golden Tours afternoon Tea Bus with London Tour as a Birthday 'Eve' treat for myself & accompanied with my sister. Thought be something different... & it was!. Pleasant decor & comfy seats. Sandwiches etc were nice. Some landmarks were pointed out & our servers were quite pleasant . We were on top deck so views were good. Nice that we were able to keep our hot drink tumblers as a souvenir. All in all an enjoyable time was had. Would do this again and on one of the themed trips .

Pretty photo ops but kind of boring otherwise. You pass a lot of landmarks but you’ll miss them if you don’t know where they are/ what you’re looking for.
There wasn’t much of a tour of the city. They drove around and pointed out a couple things and played loud music. The food and drinks were good and the waitress was great
Fabulous experience, staff were friendly and helpful. A good choice of food - fresh sandwiches and sweets. Good choice of hot and cold drinks with top ups., and we got to keep our mugs as a souvenir. Good value for money. The ABBA soundtrack was a bit loud and invasive, other than that, a great trip.
