After the excursion was booked we immediately received what’s app messages asking for the reference number so we could receive our tickets (that we never received). When we got to the ticket counter at the Burj Khalifa we were told that we needed tickets, and that we had purchased tickets through a third party (Viator). We messaged the representative and at first there was no response. We called, no answer. Then we get a message stating, “Unfortunately, the bookings have been cancelled due to unavailability of the slots. The company decided to process the refund for all bookings. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. We showed it to lady at the ticket counter who stated that what they told us was incorrect and they still had tickets available for that time slot. Long story short, we purchased the same tickets at the counter which were $60 cheaper and our ticket came with free entry to the Dubai aquarium. Note: We still have yet to receive our refund S/N: The your and views from the Burj Khalifa were amazing.
It was an amazing tour. we bought the tickets through tripadvisor and received pdf copies 1 day before our booked day. This floor is the highest floor, we were offered complimentary snacks and a drink, we also skipped the long queues.
