Ci vediamo al Bike & Relax nel cuore del quartiere ebraico, in via Madach Imre 12. Questa è la parte posteriore di Piazza Madach, che collega la Piazza con la Corte di Gozsdu. Dal punto di partenza pedalerai su Andrassy Avenue passando per l'Opera, la Casa del Terrore prima di raggiungere Piazza dell'Eroe.
Tuffati nella storia ungherese! Incredibili Re e Rivoluzionari. Una piazza ricca di storia con magnifici edifici e ingresso al Parco cittadino.
Ammira un castello finto e un'architettura sorprendente. Uno dei momenti salienti. Proprio nel bel mezzo del parco cittadino. Conoscevi Anonymous?
Nel cuore del Parco della Città le Terme Szechenyi attendono gli ospiti. Un complesso edilizio impressionante e il posto giusto per sentire parlare delle sorgenti termali dell'Ungheria.
Tornerete su Andrassy Avenue fino a girare verso l'Accademia di Musica e il quartiere ebraico
Ammira l'Accademia musicale, famosa non solo per la musica e il compositore Ferencz Liszt, ma anche per l'architettura Art Déco unica. Da qui pedalerete lungo il quartiere ebraico fino al centro.
Incredibile chiesa nel centro del centro, chiesa più grande di Budapest e una notevole storia con il "Santo Diritto". Un luogo per conoscere le religioni in Ungheria
Proprio nel quartiere finanziario si trova la Piazza della Libertà con i suoi monumenti famosi e la fontana. Una parte sanguinosa della storia ungherese, legata anche alla seconda guerra mondiale.
Ammira un edificio storico di Budapest, il famoso Parlamento. Uno dei più grandi edifici del Parlamento al mondo. Stile gotico, ma stato delle arti alla fine del XIX secolo. Luogo di pesanti lotte nella rivolta contro il comunismo nel 1956.
Accanto al Parlamento raggiungerete la riva del Danubio e godrete di una vista mozzafiato sul secondo fiume più lungo d'Europa e sulle rive del fiume patrimonio mondiale.
Ricorda le vittime del regime nazista in Ungheria al famoso "Scarpe". Si prega di notare che le scarpe potrebbero non essere direttamente accessibili (a seconda del traffico).
Occasione unica per attraversare il fiume sul Ponte delle Catene, il ponte più antico sul fiume.
Passando il Ponte delle Catene si gira su per la collina del Castello. Qui puoi davvero godere della potenza della tua E-Bike. Senza fatica salire sulla collina! Vedi Matthias Church e il Bastione dei Pescatori. Un "must" in ogni visita a Budapest
Dopo il ritorno da Castle Hill alla riva del fiume passerete i Giardini di Castel (o Reali) e raggiungerete gli Storici Bagni Turchi di Rudas (scusate, non c’è tempo per nuotare!).
Al Gellert Thermal Bath girerete verso il Liberty Bridge e attraverserete di nuovo a Pest Side della città.
Fantastico ponte storico sul fiume, famoso punto d'incontro e luogo di tramonti; Attraversa qui a Pest!
Vedere il Central Market Hall vicino al fiume, che è ancora in funzione.
Edificio storico che offre un'eccellente panoramica sulla storia ungherese e sulla storia della regione. Passerai lì in bicicletta, ma dovresti considerare di tornare a trovarci!
Trova un imponente edificio all'ingresso del quartiere ebraico. Include e interessante Museo Ebraico e ricordi sulle vittime dell'Olocausto. (Nessun ingresso incluso)

We had taken a panoramic tour by Jeep the day before. This bike tour was the perfect follow up activity. We got to see parts of the city not accessible by driving, Peter is an incredibly knowledgeable, energetic and entertaining guide. He always put safety first. But education and entertainment were a close second. I can't recommend this highly enough.

Very good guide Peter. Explained it very well. We saw and learned a lot. You can also book the tour directly. Value for money was super. The bikes were also good. He would be able to manage with it this year. The tour is highly recommended.
Lovely ride. I wish we did not stop so often however it was informative. Wish I James more time. Has to leave the group early due to a previous engagement. 😢

Peter is an amazing and entertaining guide. The tour is a great way to learn about the history of Budapest. We used the ebikes which made it very easy to go up the hills. There are many cycle lanes also. We learnt so much from Peter. Would highly recommend this tour.

Easy to find meeting place, great e-bikes, and knowledgeable guide. BUT…This bike tour was way too ambitious (too long, too much guide talking, too much city traffic, went to too many places) and needs to be pared down to maybe 3 hrs maximum. Guide should have begun by telling us 11 riders what to expect re: length of ride, route and sights we would see, and planned bathroom and food/drink stops. No one knew how long we’d be out and he didn’t seem to care that it went 4.5 hrs and across lunch time. We stopped plenty of places to see things but we NEVER stopped for food and only stopped for toilet when someone said they needed it. Obviously food and toilet stops were not scheduled- but definitely should have been on a 4.5 hr ride. Guide talked way too much (at least 15 minutes before even beginning the ride). As day went on, we riders were watching sky and forecast and knew a big thunderstorm was expected; had guide been careful, we could have been finished before the storm hit, but we were not. If you are in the least bit unnerved by crazy city traffic (narrow lanes, whizzing buses, avoiding pedestrians and bollards), I suggest avoiding this tour. We learned a lot but guide didn’t read his group’s cues and went on way too long about topics riders didn’t show too much interest in. And his views of Western Europe (in which category he threw Americans, thinking it funny) were pretty cynical and not really appreciated by some of us. We have loved visiting this beautiful city but we didn’t love this bike tour.
Dear Sue, sorry that you did not enjoy the tour and we appreciate getting this information. We will more focus on making clear what to expect and make sure for the participants to understand the route. There are options for bathroom stops as well as to refill the water bottles which we provide. We also understand that the tour became longer than planned for the fact that the guide tried to wait out some rain shower in a dry place. Peter was our guide and was very knowledgeable and I really liked how he did the tour, he was the teacher and we were the students. I liked his chalenging questions and informative answers

What a great time, despite the 100 degree heat. They contacted us to move the tour up 90 minutes to avoid the worse heat of the day - very thoughtful. The pre ride safety and bike set ups were great, and off we went. The bikes are super - framed in wood and easy to operate - the electric only needed to be on #2 of 5 settings, even to get up the very steep hills in Buda. We saw so much and cover about 15 km I’d estimate. There were bathroom breaks and water breaks - you can keep a bottle on your bike and tip it up at fresh water stations - they’ll store your bags if you need that too. Easy to find their store with gps - our guide Ciro was super knowledgeable- we had a fab time and the 4 hours went by very fast.
The truth is that even when it gets unusually hot it is better to bear on a bicycle than walking around or sitting in a car. The e-bikes guarantee effortless moving and always a light breeze. I had a fantastic time on this tour! I went solo and have never ridden bikes through a big city before. Our guide was fabulous, only 3 of us on the tour. We saw literally every part of the city in the perfect amount of time and got insider tips from our guide. Thank you again!!
