Our original boat trip was cancelled due to low water level in the Danube, but we were offered multiple options and chose rebooking to another ship at a different time (with the same ticket). We were flexible and did not mind a slight change of plans. Communication was great and quick. The boat trip was nice, a must-see when visiting Budapest.
Sightseeing tour of about 40 minutes. The boat's condition was decent. The audio guide is not well organized. You don't really understand well, unless you go by intuition, what is being shown to you. Average experience
Our reservation was canceled by the provider without explanation. Other people were in the same situation as us. Fortunately, an employee who did not work for that same company found us a spot on another cruise and in the end everything went well. We enjoyed our cruise.

There was no audio guide! Otherwise like most other river cruises. Nothing outstanding. Staff were ok though.
There are several QR codes on board, they guide you to the audioguide of your selected language. We are very sorry that you did not find them.
Highly recommended to enjoy with the emblematic buildings and monuments illuminated when it has already dark sailing on the Danube.
As it was very cold, a lot of people decided to stay inside and ended up without a chair for everyone inside. Taking this out was a great experience
