Brunel's Bristol: un tour autoguidato dalla SS Great Britain a Clifton Bridge

Got lost too many times 🤣🤣🤣 first and last time I'll be doing a self guided tour! It was just too much trying to take pictures and listening for directions at the same time! Not worth the faff! Do a guided tour instead .

A really good walking tour experience that automatically tailors to your speed by GPS. Very informative and took us along the riverside and up the hillside to the bridge - which are areas we hadn't previously walked. Highly recommended 👌

I think there should be a more understandable description of the tour eg. Not suitable for disabled , strenuous sections ( which climb up to the bridge certainly is) Why not having a simple rating system as many walking groups use such as. 1 🥾 2 🥾etc. Nevertheless some interesting commentary esp. about Brunel.

Loved the idea and the tour itself. Very informative and the best thing is that you can do it at your own pace. Decided to stop and have lunch on the way then proceed with the tour. Small glitch along the path due to construction closure but figured out a workaround to continue. Highly recommended! Be prepared for a steep hike towards the end of the tour :)

This was a great view of Bristol as a port city with interesting and humorous facts about the architecture of the bridge and the engineer himself.

Unfortunately the starting point of my tour and some of the route were obstructed by building works and the programme had difficulty understanding this. The tour was interesting and the commentary was clear. I did not like the fact that I could not cancel the tour without forfeiting the fee: I had a nasty fall 48 hours beforehand and very nearly did not make it.

Interesting details. Liked the GPS as told me if I went wrong. In-depth knowledge. Clear instructions Enjoyable

Great tour very informative and easy to follow. Good value. As said in other reviews, it is a steep climb at the end but worth it.

This audio tour is packed with a lot of interesting information. It was great value for the amount charged. To avoid climbing the steep hill, I chose to take a bus to the top and start at Clifton Observatory. So I was going in the opposite direction. I wish the audio clip for each location could be more "standalone", i.e., not so dependant on the direction of travel. Note that descending the steep hill might not be such a good idea after all. Maybe I should have gone in the direction of this audio tour....
