I learn a lot about the history and story behind each location. Our guide was amazing! Very informative. It’s a very nice tour!

This tour was amazing. Not only were the sites that we visited stunning but the tour guide Juliana was extremely professional , knowledgeable and personable which made the trip so much more enjoyable.

A very rushed visit to both cities. It wasn’t organized very well so we had very little time, and weren’t able to do any of the things the tour guide suggested. If I could do this over, I would recommend just taking the train to these cities yourself, and booking a walking tour there. This would actually give you time to experience the city without being rushed back on to the bus.

Bus was great, it had USB charging cables available. Driver was great. Our guide Juliana was excellent - professional, articulate and friendly. Tour was covered in English and Spanish but that Juliana managed both seamlessly. Ghent: amazing and worth every minute. The operator had us use radios with headphones during the Ghent leg of the trip which was very useful. Bruges: over-crowded tourist trap. Too large in size to explore in the span of an afternoon. Guides from the city had to take us around instead of our tour operator’s guide - ours was nowhere as good as Juliana. Boat ride on the canal was overrated and not worth the 15 euro additional fee in my opinion.

Highly recommended. Very complete and entertaining excursion. Their guide Juliana was spectacular, very attentive, and with many recommendations that were appreciated.

Above all our English speaking guide Colin was above all very knowledgeable with huge sense of humour !! Well done Colin

Ghent is nice but Bruges is super great, what a landscape. Small note: the guide did not check if all the people in his group were still with him. We lost him once.

OK walking tours of the cities of Ghent and Bruges, but did not hit any of the true highlights of both fairytale cities ...nor point them out. If you didn't do your homework before the tour and/or ask questions of the guide, you would have never seen the ideal historic gems of both cities during your designated free time.
