We had a great time with our driver Jay. He told a lot about life in Yogyakarta. Hé helped us with everything and brought us to a great place to have lunch. He understood what our family liked and he took good care of us.

Comfortable car with working aircon. Limited pick up groups so not too much time waiting to start or finish. Official groups also small so easy to hear guides. Our driver Teguh was great and gave some great information and insight in-between the official tours. Would recommend to solo, couple, or family.

Excellent experience with Teguh - great driver and guide who answered all our questions and taught us a lot. Started the day at Prambanan and ended in the afternoon at golden hour with Borobudur. Great balance of guided tours and time to wander. Also special thanks to Tony in customer service for the good communication.

Fantastic experience great service and great guides really enjoyed the day with Noe, very patient with the early start and happy natured while I was picked up along with another participant where we got to sleep a little on the journey there following this we were the taken to our first Temple guide to ensure we were set up for success and a great experience following this Noe met us after our first Temple and took us to the second temple and repeated the same process to ensure that we were appropriately guided through the following temple before returning back to our accommodation I would recommend this to anyone it's absolutely epic

I cant say enough good things about this tour operator I got them assigned through an agency, I didn’t know them beforehand. The day before the activity customer care proactively contacted me via WhatsApp, explained me everything about the activity, answered all my questions. This, when you are abroad, it is such a valuable piece of mind. They showed as expected, activity worked like a charm. But I want to focus on what true customer service is and how this company delivers high class Day after I had another activity booked, same agency, different local provider assigned. 8pm and still haven’t heard from them. After several attempts I eventually give up and contacted Hati tour on WhatsApp again. Please remember, we don’t any commitments anymore. I explained them my situation. Within MINUTES, ( its almost 9pm already) they found me a driver and set me up for the activity I wanted to make. Yes of course they will be paid for that, but so was the other company that was already booked, but how they interacted with me was a 180 degree difference Thanks so much for such great quality service, pre, during and post

An experience worth having, especially with the sunrise from Borobudur (inside the temple on the 9th floor, with incredible views). Tickets can be purchased separately (we bought them in advance on the official page since they are limited for the sunrise ascent, or the driver can take care of buying them on the go). Our driver NOE was charming and fully available to help us with whatever we needed. A 10 for him. In the temples, the guides are English-speaking, who are the officials provided by the temples themselves, divided into small groups.

A great experience to see two incredible temples and to be able to see the sunrise in one of them. The truth is that they took us to both temples and our driver was very nice, then at each temple they provided us with a guide who explained everything very clearly. I highly recommend this excursion.
