Incontrerai la tua guida turistica di fronte alla Galleria, riceverai le cuffie per ascoltare chiaramente ed entrerai con i biglietti d'ingresso salta fila. La tua visita inizierà al piano terra, dove avrai la possibilità di visitare il famoso "Ratto di Proserpina" del Bernini e conoscere il mito latino dietro questo straordinario capolavoro. La tua visita continuerà alla scoperta di altri famosi capolavori creati da Bernini come "Apollo e Dafne" e "David". Il tuo viaggio proseguirà poi al primo piano dove la tua guida turistica ti mostrerà acclamati dipinti realizzati da Raffaello e Caravaggio, come il "Giovane Bacco malato" e "Ragazzo con cesto di frutta". Non solo le statue e i dipinti ti lasceranno a bocca aperta, ma la Galleria stessa è splendidamente adornata con modanature a corona d'oro e affreschi che ricoprono interamente i soffitti.

Fantastic experiment with our guide. She knew everything about the history of the paintings and sculptures in the gallery and it really helped to greatly enhance our experience. You could tell she enjoyed her job as she’s been a guide for 18+ years and has an art history background so we were in good hands. And better, I lucked out on being in a small group of 5 so we were able to maneuver around the gallery with ease and got any and all questions answered. Easy 5 stars from me!

Our tour guide was Sabrina and she was so knowledgeable of the art in the museum. As an art teacher, I was familiar with the art but still she still had information about it that I didn’t know. However, my husband said he learned to much and was so impressed with everything he learned. Highly recommend!!

Our fault, but the instructions weren’t specific enough as to where the Gallery was. We entered at the far north end and it was a15 minute walk traversing the beautiful gardens to get to the far south end where the Gallery was. We almost missed our tour.
