Conosci la storia di uno dei monumenti più importanti di Bordeaux, perché è stato costruito e qual è il suo rapporto con la rivoluzione francese. Cammineremo intorno al monumento, non ci sono biglietti d'ingresso.
Un magnifico punto di riferimento di Bordeaux, uno dei teatri più antichi di tutta Europa! Cammineremo per il Gran Teatro di Bordeaux fornendo informazioni sulla sua storia e sul perché è uno dei migliori punti di riferimento della città. Non entreremo. Ma mostrerò le immagini che ho degli incredibili interni.
La strada principale e commerciale di Bordeaux ed è anche la strada più lunga d'Europa. È pieno di negozi e ristoranti, è come il cuore di Bordeaux. La passeremo accanto e vi spiegherò la storia di questa strada e perché è stata chiamata Sainte Catherine
Un cinema unico nel suo genere che è un presente in un vecchio edificio della chiesa. Ha uno stile unico di film e documentari. Entreremo per vedere l'architettura e la decorazione (nessun biglietto d'ingresso) e per vedere le programmazioni dei film in arrivo
Una piazza molto turistica di Bordeaux vicino a dove si trova Utopia. faremo una passeggiata e vi spiegherò il suo nome, oltre al segreto dei "Mascarons" tutto intorno all'edificio
La piazza più bella di Bordeaux con la fontana al centro e una splendida vista sul fiume Garonna e sul ponte di pietra. Su questa piazza possiamo sederci mentre gli spiego la sua storia, come si è evoluta e la storia della fontana al centro.
Bordeaux luogo più visitato dai turisti. Una piazza degli specchi che riflette la bellezza di Place de la Bourse. Ovviamente nessun biglietto d'ingresso, è aperto al pubblico. Mentre sono lì, i visitatori scopriranno la straordinaria storia dietro di essa e vedranno le immagini di tutti i meccanismi sottostanti.
Dopo lo specchio d'acqua, ci fermiamo accanto al fiume e al ponte di pietra, per parlare della storia di Bordeaux durante la guerra mondiale oltre a una storia affascinante sulla costruzione del ponte di pietra.
Una delle antiche porte di Bordeaux ancora presente dal giorno in cui la città fu fortificata. Era il cancello principale per entrare a Bordeaux. Spiegherò la sua storia e come è stato utilizzato in passato. È possibile visitare l'interno del cancello ma non è incluso nel tour a piedi.

Despite the heavy rain, Said gave us a fantastic and engaging tour of Bordeaux. His knowledge of the city’s history truly brought the town center and its beautiful streets to life. We learned so much and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend!

An excellent tour of Bordeaux, with a very good mix of history, stories, modern aspects and tasty cenele. The pacing was good and Saïd's recommendations for a cafe and (of course) a good wine shop turned out to be very good too. The logistics of meeting up with Saïd were also well managed and straightforward. Happily recommended.

My wife and I were the only guests on this tour. Said let us set the pace. He is very well versed in the history of Bordeaux and the key sites he chose for us to visit provided great backdrops for his broader history commentaries. Said is generous and personable. He was willing to go off script and answer our broader questions about France and life in Bordeaux. His English is perfect. We recommend this tour and should we return we would like to experience the other tours he offers.
