You don't have guides, you just buy the tickets for the locations, they leave you alone with other people, the ones who explain are the boatmen and a gentleman arriving at each destination, from there you are on your own discovering the locations....

The place is very nice, but the tour had a lot of disorganization, we were appointed at 08:30 and we were at the dock waiting to leave until almost 10:30, we arrived shortly before 11 a.m. to johnny cay and at 13:00 we had to be waiting to go to the aquarium, which gave little time to get to know the island.

Nos disculpamos por el inconveniente del retraso ante todo, el cual en esta ocacion escapó de nuestras manos, debido a que en San Andres dependemos de la capitania de puertos quienes en base al clima diario, nos indican a nosotros si el clima es apto para navegar o no y hasta no recibir la orden de salida, no podemos iniciar, este dia, debido a la cantidad de viento que habia en la isla tuvimos un retraso debido a que la informacion de dsalida fue suministrada 2 horas mas tarde de lo que generalmente es notificado, por lo que nos generó retrasos, nuestros tours diarios salen 9 am y 9:30 am, citamos a los pasajeros 8:30 am ya que muchas veces no todos son puntuales al llegar, es por ello que damos media hora para que lleguen. Realmente nos alegra que te haya gustado la isla, y nuevamente nos disculpamos por el retraso, ¡todo siempre es por la seguridad de todos al navegar! saludos!
Beautiful place but with no security! The bridge that leads to the Natural Aquarium is floating, it is very agitated depending on the waves of the sea and it is impossible to walk on it serious risk of falling because all hand supports have been damaged for the person to hold and balance!

A total paradise. Between snorkeling at the Natural Aquarium and relaxing under the palm trees of Johnny Cay, this tour sums up the best of the island. Boat logistics are quick and the service is usually very friendly. Recommended 100%!

Entertainment is not worth money at all. Paid 40 euros for the washout at 15 minutes. a shallow Acuario island boat without a roof over rain lion. John Cay island was closed for cleaning so it didn't see it. Before buying entertainment, we were not informed about it, although organizers have all year calendar on any specific dates the island will be closed. The island saw a platoon Fed larger fish and squads of small fish. No Raja or other large fish were absent. On the island, squads offer various services and food at cosmos prices. At every step you are charged: item cabinet 10,000, a small bottle of water 8000. The man left slippers out of the boat. When the boat came back to San Andrees slippers was no longer and the driver could not tell where they were gone. From the port to the hotel, 1 km old man returned without shoes. Two girls from our boat were not coming back in time, it was no one who didn't look for them, just left. Attention to the customer is zero, feel like ATMs. Acuario himself was crowded with people and boats. In one word, chaos for your money. Couse closed Johnny Cay island our tour shortened and took 4 hours at a time. They promised compensation, but we didn't get anything. Run away from this entertainment, spend your precious time on Spratt Bight with lunch and cocktails for this money. We were in the Islands tours of Thailand, the Philippines, Maldives, Vietnam, Dominica so we have to compare with. We didn't like that disrespect to the customer anywhere.

Catastrophic. We are told that we do not have our reservation then after fighting 30min, finally yes, we board with a staff who does not speak a word of English. We stay too little time on the most interesting island to explore, the Acquirium. Can't leave our things on the boat we had to pay for a locker. Really to be avoided urgently. It's not worth the price.
