Though we have travelled extensively, we have never been on a cruise before. The Yasawa Islands and Blue Lagoon Cruises were recommended to us. We had the most exceptional experience. All crew members were fantastic and made sure we were safe at all times when we were experiencing the amazing Islands. 12/10 for bed comfort, food, information on next days travel, happy staff and likeminded fellow travellers.
We had a fabulous family holiday (eight of us) on the MV Yasawa Princess 11 (four-night Blue Lagoon Cruise). The boat was brand new. Cabins big and beds extremely comfortable. Food and experiences were great. The crew were amazing – from Captain Joe, to those operating the tender boats. The housekeeping staff and kitchen and wait staff were always happy and always conscious of your needs. We visited some amazing islands, and had wonderful and memorable village visits too. Could not fault a thing. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return. Well done Captain Joe and your crew. Vinaka vaka-levu
Bula! I just came back from the inaugural sailing of the Blue Lagoon Cruise 5 day trip aboard the Yasawa Princess II, and I honestly can’t stop smiling. Every single day felt unforgettable thanks to the incredible crew. They didn’t just take care of us—they connected with us. Whether it was sharing stories, teaching us about the islands, or simply chatting with us at the beginning and end of each day, they made the experience feel personal and genuine. I want to thank the entire crew for an amazing experience due to their professionalism, hospitality, and warm reception from day one. Miri was an exceptional leader and host. Nau was a warm, attentive, and talented coordinator. Leslie was a very engaged and talented bartender. And Mojee was friendly and attentive steward. The entire experience was magical. On a scale of 1 to 10, the Blue Lagoon experience was a 12.
From the time we boarded to the time we left the entire crew made sure we were well taken care of during our trip. I would like to recognize Nua for going above and beyond and engaging with all guests. She did an amazing job of making sure we were safe while snorkeling, having a good time at water aerobics and during our hike. She was always checking up on us and was so open and inviting. Our captain was also very personable. The entire crew made our experience very positive. Leslie made the best drinks and Miri took care of my bug bites. Eli made sure we had chairs and umbrellas as well participate in the Kava ceremony. The entire cruise was a dream come true and the staff is to be commended.

Double charged didn’t reply to emails lied two faced chased our money owing for months blocked me on Facebook as they new what was coming would never use this dishonest company ever again don’t say I didn’t warn you

A great experience with very friendly and attentive staff, terrific locations (despite needing some changes in venue due to rain), nice size so one could get to know other guests and comfortable room and lounge/eating areas.

⚠️ A word of caution about Blue Lagoon Cruises ⚠️ We booked one of Blue Lagoon Cruises’ last-minute January deals just three days ago. Based on that booking, we went ahead and booked flights to Fiji. Today, we were advised that the cruise has been cancelled due to delays coming out of dry dock. The result? We’re now out of pocket on flights, despite booking in good faith only days ago — and while the cruise was still being actively sold. For anyone considering a January departure, be aware that 12 January (and other January sailings) have now been cancelled. This has left us in a very difficult position, and we’re extremely disappointed with how late this decision has been communicated. Just sharing our experience so others can make an informed choice.

Absolutely superb cruise which exceeded expectations. Standout crew were 10/10 and elevated the entire experience with their authentic friendliness and obvious love of sharing Fiji with all guests. Food was absolutely excellent with so many choices, outings and experiences also 10/10. Cabins although compact (obviously as per a boat) were immaculately clean and well serviced throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and every guest was beautifully cared for. Highly recommend this to experience that genuine Fiji warmth and hospitality and discover unique parts of the islands you may never see otherwise.

Vanaka to the crew. Shaun and I had the most wonderful experience with your wonderful crew who make you feel like family from the moment you board the transfer vessel at Denarau Terminal to boarding the cruise. You all gave us the most fabulous experience. The destinations we visited, the cabin and the amazing food all made for a perfect holiday.
