La tua avventura inizia direttamente dal tuo hotel o porto crocieristico, con un comodo viaggio di mezz'ora attraverso le colline di Ocho Rios con un trasporto con aria condizionata. Lungo il percorso, il tuo autista/guida turistica ti indicherà vari punti di interesse, condividendo aneddoti e commenti divertenti. All'arrivo al Blue Hole incontrerai la tua guida turistica esperta che ti condurrà in un tour personalizzato. Puoi contattare il nostro rappresentante in caso di problemi. Prelievo dall'hotel: Incontra il tuo autista Byron Jamaica Tours all'ingresso della hall principale. Se non vedi il conducente per nessun motivo, ti preghiamo di contattarci e l'operatore ti assisterà.

We did several of the tours anf I really couldn't express enough how much of a difference Byron made on the entire trip. I truly got to experience the Jamaican culture in ways that would have been impossible on my own. Not only was Byron so personable, he was incredibly knowledgeable and reliable. I could always expect him to arrive not just on time, but early, no matter when he picked is up. He was always where he said he would be. He also rarely didn't know an answer to a question, but if he didn't know the answer, he made sure to find the answer and relay it to you. Byron was always one call away, and was one of the most professional and respectful host we could ever have wished for. I truly appreciate how much of a people person he is, and his will to ensure ALL of his customers were happy. Thank you so much for being so good at what you do and making sure we all got to truly see and experience true Jamaican culture! PS. Try everything! There wasn't a single tour we didn't love, and Byron made sure we were treated well everywhere we went and no matter what we did. He always had our backs!

Words can’t express how pleased we are! Byron helped me for a month to plan the perfect trip, answering all my questions and giving suggestions. We did 2 separate full day trips with his driver, Hondiga, who was equally amazing! He was so much more than a driver, he was a knowledgeable, helpful, professional and personable guide to paradise! Byron and Hondiga made our visit to Jamaica more than we could have ever imagined! We can’t wait to see them again next year!

This excursion we took was amazing and I would do it again! We wanted to get pictures from this excursion, However, the photographer told us we were short on time so he said to give him an email address we wanted them sent to and to get a picture of all of us in the party and he would then email them to us. so we paid I provided the emails we wanted them sent to and we left, we did this excursion Thursday July 21st, it is now July 24th and we still haven’t received them! That is the only reason this is getting 1 star. I would like to receive my pictures from that day! I also emailed them with the email provided on there website with no response.
Hi Courtney It is unfortunate that you had a bad experience on your tour and we sympathize with you however, that isn't the fault of our company as we are a transportation company. The liability of the unfortunate circumstances that you have faced would have to be upheld by the photographic staff, furthermore after an extensive search in our reservation system we see that you did not book with us either for your transportation, it is likely that you booked that through Viator as well; please understand that Viator is a 3rd party booking channel and many operators are on the platform, we are not the same company. We at Byron's Jamaica Tours like to ensure the complete happiness and relaxation of our guests and a review such as this complicates and slanders our brand. If this review could be removed it would be greatly appreciated.
