La nostra prima tappa: Tamarin Bay. Tieni d'occhio i baccelli di spinner o tursiopi che rimangono nelle nostre acque della costa occidentale. Se sei fortunato, potrebbero essere in vista, solo per ammirare le acrobazie di questi amati mammiferi che potrebbero essere il momento clou della tua vacanza tropicale.
La barca si dirige quindi verso Black River, tutte le vele issate. Nella laguna, una barriera corallina profonda circa due metri, ospita pesci colorati e piccoli crostacei. Entra nel tuo equipaggiamento da snorkeling e insegui il pesce farfalla o stuzzica il passaggio del pesce tromba ammirando gli affioramenti di corallo sparsi sulla sabbia bianca. Assapora la salsedine dell'acqua mentre nuoti sotto l'occhio vigile e preparato dell'equipaggio, pronto a intervenire qualora qualcuno avesse bisogno di aiuto.
La barca viene quindi diretta verso la famigerata roccia di Bénitiers, che sovrasta la laguna turchese. Mentre la barca si ancorerà il più vicino possibile, a seconda della marea, assicurati di scattare una foto accanto a questo misterioso affioramento che presenta infinite cartoline mauriziane. L'acqua che scorre dolcemente sulla barca e il mondo è tutto blu e verde a perdita d'occhio, fatta eccezione per l'isola di Bénitiers, carica di alberi di cocco.
Salta su una barca da pescatore, che ti porterà sulle spiagge sabbiose dell'isola, dove potrai oziare al sole o iniziare un'esplorazione a piedi. Alcuni venditori ambulanti sparsi per la spiaggia vendono cappelli di paglia, gioielli fatti di conchiglie, parei e altri souvenir. Mentre l'isola può attirare una folla durante l'alta stagione, puoi sperare di trovare una spiaggia quasi deserta in una giornata tranquilla.

Pathetic service. Trip not completed - island part left out due to boat issues. No support by Trip advisor at all.
Great day out, staff were very friendly, food was lovely. We saw some dolphins and went to a great snorkeling spot. We enjoyed our time on the island which wasn't too long. All in all a very good experience for a great price.
Superb day, the crew and the organization at the top, a company that knows how to do tourism respecting the living (dolphins) and the environment (for meals, returnable glass bottled drinks, reusable cup for children) everything is organized so that the customer has a pleasant and safe time. I recommend.
It was a great day, a day like you want to live it often. The team was very careful with us without "invading". I'm 74 years old and it's still in my memory. The Catamaran a comfortable boat, a very good meal at noon, a small snack and enough to drink. I also appreciated that the team told us where the Dolphins were, but with a correct distance and no one jumped into the water to swim with these animals. I appreciate very much that this company does not engage in this kind of fun. The sun was beautiful, I could start again tomorrow. Don't hesitate a minute!
We did this cruise last week and it was amazing. We saw so many dolphins it was unbelievable and we also saw turtles. The crew were fun and amazing. Overall was an amazing trophy.
The day was perfect. Crew very well. Very good communication also with Angelica who also organized us the transport A/R from the hotel La Pirogue. We recommend this very pleasant day.
An amazing and truly one in a lifetime experience with the Oceanne cruise team! I did the West Coast shared boat tour. We saw dolphins, the clearest waters ever and an island. The crew onboard were truly fantastic, constantly topping up drinks and even catered to my gluten free dietary needs! Due to traffic we ran 30 mins late and were worried we would miss the tour, Oceane were fantastic and let us join the tour later! Would truly recommend this company to anyone.
