Il peso massimo a persona è di 240, per garantire il rispetto della restrizione di peso, gli ospiti saranno pesati sul sito. Vieni nell'unico tour che ha un Biologo Marino come Guida turistica. Spiegheranno tutti i processi coinvolti e le condizioni uniche necessarie affinché si verifichino questi fenomeni soprannaturali. Il vostro biologo marino vi spiegherà anche come questo delicato ecosistema mantiene un equilibrio puro e cosa bisogna fare per preservare e proteggere la Bio Baia “Laguna Grande”. È un posto molto speciale sul Pianeta Terra! Tutte le attrezzature, snack e lezioni di kayak sono inclusi. L'età minima è di 6 anni. I bambini sotto i 6 anni non sono ammessi in nessuno dei nostri tour.

- Per motivi di sicurezza le donne in gravidanza non possono partecipare. (NESSUNA ECCEZIONE)
- I nostri kayak sono tutti kayak tandem per due persone - si prenota a persona non per kayak. Se rimane uno spazio, significa che c'è 1 spazio su un kayak tandem.
- I minori di 18 anni devono essere accompagnati da un adulto.
- Il proprietario dell'animale di servizio deve fornire un giubbotto di salvataggio autorizzato dalla Guardia Costiera per l'animale. L'animale deve avere il controllo totale tutto il tempo. Tieni presente che ci saranno molte persone in giro al buio.
- Agli ospiti che non sono in grado di completare il tour per qualsiasi motivo non verrà fornito un rimborso di alcun tipo.
- Tutti gli ospiti devono essere in grado di remare i loro kayak da soli. Uno dei requisiti è che tu sia in grado di entrare e uscire dal kayak da solo ed essere in grado di manovrarlo. Se sei un kayaker inesperto ti consigliamo vivamente di scegliere il tour precedente.
- Se rimane uno spazio, significa che c'è 1 spazio (per 1 persona) su un kayak tandem (Nessun kayak singolo disponibile). Sarete accompagnati da un altro ospite nel tour.
- Tutti gli ospiti devono arrivare 30 minuti prima dell'inizio del loro tour. Rispettosamente non accetteremo o aspetteremo alcun ospite dopo questo tempo.
- Se necessario, durante l’escursione può essere utilizzato un telo (tettuccio) per bloccare l’eventuale inquinamento luminoso e migliorare l’esperienza.
- Per apprezzare al meglio i fenomeni bioluminescenti i nostri tour si svolgono al tramonto e la sera presto e può diventare piuttosto buio nel canale delle mangrovie. Quindi, se hai paura del buio, di una prima volta in kayak o di avere bambini piccoli ti consigliamo vivamente di fare il viaggio al tramonto prima. In questo modo puoi vedere dove stai andando, abituarti all'ambiente e affinare le tue abilità in kayak
- A causa dell'immensa popolarità il tour di Bio Bay, a volte può essere affollato. Non è raro incontrarsi con altri gruppi turistici in attesa di accedere al canale che porta alla laguna. Ci possono essere urti con altri kayak lungo la strada.
- Si prega di tenere presente che questo tour si svolge in un ambiente naturale e che il fenomeno bioluminescente, sebbene raro, può essere visto tutto l'anno. L'intensità della luminosità è imprevedibile e può variare da minima a molto luminosa improvvisamente.
- NOTA SPECIALE : Invitiamo i nostri ospiti a non prenotare il tour lo stesso giorno di arrivo sull'isola, anche provenendo da Vieques o Culebra. Se il VOLO o il TRAGHETTO è in ritardo e l'ospite perde il tour l'ospite non avrà diritto a un rimborso o a una riprogrammazione.
- L'ORARIO DEL TOUR potrebbe cambiare a seconda dell'ora del tramonto. In caso affermativo invieremo un promemoria per l'orario di riunione aggiornato.
- Questo tour si svolge in acqua. Aspettatevi di bagnarvi completamente. Indossa vestiti e scarpe che possono bagnarsi. Si consiglia di portare un cambio di vestiti e asciugamano per dopo il viaggio.
- Il tour non viene cancellato nei giorni di pioggia. Ci bagneremo comunque ;)
- Ci sono bagni pubblici in loco, ma non sono sempre in buone condizioni. Potresti considerare di fermarti in un fast food prima di raggiungere il sito dell'incontro o di utilizzare i bagni dei negozi / ristoranti vicini che a volte sono disponibili.
- In alcuni periodi dell'anno grandi quantità di sargassum (alghe marine) arrivano sulle nostre coste. Questo può rendere il pagaiare come un allenamento. Anche l'odore naturale di decomposizione potrebbe essere sgradevole.
- Anche se il sistema Viator consente all'ospite di scrivere il peso oltre il limite, sarà comunque 240 libbre il limite di peso.
- Nessuna gravidanza
- Per motivi di sicurezza, i bambini sotto i 6 anni NON POSSONO partecipare al tour PURE ADVENTURE.
- Coloro che hanno epilessia, problemi alla schiena, claustrofobia, problemi cardiaci, vertigini, interventi chirurgici recenti o qualsiasi altra condizione che possa mettere a rischio la vita non sono autorizzati a partecipare al tour PURE ADVENTURE.
- LIMITAZIONE: limite di peso di 240 libbre per PERSONA, non per kayak. Per garantire il rispetto della restrizione di peso, gli ospiti saranno pesati sul sito.
- Sconsigliato ai viaggiatori con problemi cardiaci o altre gravi condizioni mediche
- I nostri uffici sono chiusi la DOMENICA - Le prenotazioni effettuate sabato dopo le 17:00 non saranno riviste fino a lunedì alle 9:00. Per la richiesta di cancellazione durante questo periodo si prega di inviare un messaggio tramite Viator.
- È responsabilità dell'ospite rispettare i requisiti di salute e peso.
- Anche se il sistema Viator consente all'ospite di scrivere il peso oltre il limite, sarà comunque 240 libbre il limite di peso.

The tour was great, and the tour guides were fantastic. They taught us a lot and were friendly, ready to help, patient, and fun to be around. Highly recommend for new kayakers and experienced alike.

There is no guarantee that there will be bioluminescence, because it's depends on many factors including rain, bacteria, and light pollution. We kayaked out through a mangrove for a km to get there where it was nice and dark. When we got there we were able to see a small amount. We can only imagine how neat it must look on a 10/10 night. Even though we only saw a little, it was still worth every penny. Our tour guides were nice and one let us hold a firefly (lightning bug) and we had good conversations. Shout-out to Eli, Javier, Amaury, and Catalina who were working that day. Great group of people!

You should absolutely do this experience while you are in PR and this is the outfitter you want to choose. The guides are so so helpful. We called ahead with some questions about our seven year old and Natalia was so helpful. She talked us thru everything and even gave some great suggestions about parking and getting dinner ahead of time. Gustavo did a great job with the quick kayaking lesson. I was so impressed with how much he was able to cover. And he kept it light and humorous which helps if anyone in your group is nervous. This experience was our trip highlight. We did it with a 12 year old, a ten year old and a 7 year old. It was a great fit for our kids (they are pretty adventurous).

Interesting trip when you do it at night and don’t have the opportunity to see the bio illuminesence. It’s really dark and crowded going through the mangroves with a ton of inexperienced kayakers trying to navigate the trek. Big work out too. I would have probably liked it more if we did it during the day.

This was a wonderful, unique experience!! Amaury was our Lead Guide who was EXCEPTIONALLY knowledgeable!! Fellow guides, Yadid, Manolo and Francisco were fun and helpful. Catalina kicked us off during sign-in and was helpful with questions. Even though we did not see much bio-activity, it was a lot of fun! Take extra clothes - you will get wet! (wading to your kayak)

We had a great experience with Amaury, Eli, Javiar, and Catalina. Guides took great care of the group and it was fun for both the experienced and less experienced kayakers in our crew. Great tour for clear nights even if the visibility of the bioluminescence is low.
