Itinerario

!!! Do not waste your money!!!! No Skip the line ticket provided. We paid extra money to have priority tickets so that we don’t have to stay in long line during summer heat. They just sent us a normal entry ticket and no body gave us an answer neither the tour nor Tripadvisor customer service
The tour was fun and educational.
In many ways I enjoyed this monument more than other sites because there was much fewer people and it spanned more than 2000 years of history.
We booked this as we needed to kill some time before our scheduled tour of the Vatican. Turned out to be a really cool self guided tour of a building that was many things to many different people dating back to early Rome. Has beautiful roof top views in every direction... there is a nice Cafe on top (shaded) that serves a little bit of everything... but overall a very cool building steeped in history, a good way to spend 2.5 hours taking it all in. Wasn't overly crowded either.
I worked with this agent and booked an Angela Castle tour through them. Later, they told me that the date had to be changed because the museum was closed on that day, so they moved it to another date. I told them I didn’t want the new date and asked for a refund for my ticket. They never refunded me and their customer service was terrible. They were also very rude and disrespectful in the way they responded to me. I strongly do not recommend working with them — use other agents instead. Other agents usually process refunds properly and respond to you if any issues come up.
We are so glad we visited this site. We bought our tickets directly from the site and they were delivered via email as a PDF. Entry was easy and we did not have to wait in line. The castle has multiple museum wings that are very interesting. The views from the top are breathtaking. You can see all of Rome. Do not skip this amazing experience.
Very sad, in my reservation I made a mistake and thought I had a different day, but the automatic change at the 16, same day that I came back to my country, I reached the tour company for a change to another day, they wouldn't let me. I understand not return money, but day , will be more flexible
I would give a -10 review if possible. Activity paied in advance, I have been waiting fot the confirmation for 24h, it got confirmed, I was waiting for the tickets. 1 day in advance, while already in Rome, I just to get a message from the operator in the Viator app, because I was searching to see ifvthe tickets arrived, that due to high visitors number they can’t accomodate us. It was 7:30 in the morning a Thursday and at 13:30 they left a message that they were out in the week-end. They wrote that we should contact Viator to get a refund, wich was not possible either, because the only available option if you go through the links that you have to follow, is to cancel the activity, which would mean to lose the money, because the activity without cancelation. So we were left with no entry to Sant’Angelo Castle, no possibility to talk to anybody and no cancellation possible with a refund… Horrible experience!
Good morning, perhaps we need to clarify something: we tried to confirm your reservation right up until the last minute, but this was a weekend with extremely high demand. You are entitled to a full refund, which must be requested from VIATOR, where you made the payment. We have no record of any contact from you—neither by phone nor by email—to which we could have responded at any time, as we are doing now (Sunday at 3:30 p.m.)
the tour was very fun and exciting. I would definitely recommend it!!
Online. the offered us a free slot. Then a mail came: No slot. Then a SMS came: Here your voucher. Then onsite: No one there! No ticket. Really bad - never use weekendinitaly.com anymore!! Not recomended.
I think there’s been a misunderstanding: we DO NOT sell guided tours, so—as stated online—the official tickets are sent via email and are NOT handed out on-site. We DO NOT use text messages, and we don’t know who might have sent you a text message; it certainly wasn’t us. The email you received from us warned you that entry is only possible with our official ticket and that the voucher you received after placing your order would NOT grant you entry. We’re sorry that this wasn’t clear to you, even though it helps thousands of visitors from all over the world. For the future, we recommend using other operators.
