The price of the tickets was way over inflated with trip advisor. Would not ever book with them again. Book directly at the museum it’s much less expensive.
I quickly booked for the next day. I got all the information I needed. It worked well.

The museum is beautiful and there is an opportunity to learn a lot about Frida Kahlo. The audio guide was informative and found it convenient to move around at your own pace. However, due to the crowd, time could not be spent comfortably in many places. Some parts need to look better. All in all, it was a good experience, but a little less stressful.

I purchased a ticket for my friend to the museum while I was busy doing something else. I forwarded her the Ticket that morning by email. When I met her later that day we were both disappointed because the museum wouldn't let her in. Her ticket required a QR code that showed up on my phone. But I was not checking my phone because I didn't have a Mexican SIM card. So disappointing.

The QR code is a museum requirement for entry, and access depends directly on presenting that code at the entrance. We do not engage in any kind of scam or fraudulent practice. On the contrary, you can review the many comments from guests who have purchased their tickets with us and were able to enter without any issues. The museum is fantastic. Being able to get tickets on short notice from this vendor worked out great since it was an extremely busy world cup week in CDMX.

What should have been a highlight of our trip was anything but. If you want to visit be warned, book in advance, days or weeks in advance. It is generally impossible to turn up and expect to gain entry. Plan ahead! ☹️
