It was really bad - book direct with the museum - they only give a couple to Viator what they don’t sell They kept on canceling me and then I finally booked for 230 and it showed that time but they had changed me to 3 at the last minute
Kahlo House is so beautiful and interesting. It is definitely worth a visit and a stroll around the neighborhood. Lovely! BUT - When I arrived I realized I should have paid only 60 pesos, not over 300, because I am a teacher. Viator did not give me that option.
I booked several months out and the tour company cancelled the tickets without my knowledge. Do not book activities through trip advisor unless you vet the tour company first. Very disappointing experience and lesson learned.
An incredible and deeply personal experience. Visiting the Frida Kahlo Museum felt like stepping into her world in the vibrant blue house, her artwork, and personal belongings all tell a powerful story of her life and resilience. The garden is beautiful and peaceful, adding to the atmosphere. A must-visit in Mexico City!
We didnt got a valid ticket from Viator. We bought the ticket one day in Advanced and were very happy that we still got a free Slot to enter. When we arrived to the Museum the stuff told us that the Ticketnumber exists two times and some other guests already entered with our Tickets. So at the end we were not able to enter the Museum and payed 70€ for nothing. So I would not recommend to buy your ticket at viator. Till now we didnt got any reply from viator or the Money back. Very disappointing!
I had booked the 3:30pm slot and the provider gave me 4:30pm slot tickets - despite us following up several times over email and even phone
We got wrong tickets for a wrong day and time and we didn't get into the museum
Don’t buy your tickets through Viator. Tickets would not download and despite all other evidence of purchase we could not get in. Other people were having the same issue.
Viator did not send me the real ticket. Only after I got in touch in the app . GI bought for 04:30 PM and I went there. The real ticket was for 05:00. I had to wait till this hour. What mess.
Scam! Scam! Scam! Don’t purchase tickets with this company! They didn’t send me the right ticket, I found that out when I got to the museum. Called them and they said they’d WhatsApp message me, did not answer my calls anymore. I purchased a 4:30p entry they finally last minute sent me a 5pm entry. Not worth the hassle & headache. Terrible customer service. 👎
