Hassle free travels own bus service help full staff
1. Bus was changed. Bus of advertised company did not come. Quality if bus was extremely poor. All was dirty and very bad smell. 2. Departure time was changed from 6:15 to 7:00. 3. Boarding place was very difficult to find. 4. Viator company do not control anything. You pay money for nothing. 5. Overall foto of the bus totally faked!

Charged me for vip sofa bus and gave regular sofa bus. Tickets at the counter for this seat is approx us$ 11 where I was charged us$ 20 per seat. It’s a total scam. One of the very few worst experience of my Nepal trip. I would highly recommend not to use their service at all.

I was travelling from Kathmandu to pokhara by VIP sofa bus , comfortable seat ,luxury and best services .Highly recommend for the tourist .

To find the bus was the hardest thing! We missed the bus and we were at the bus station 1,5h before departure. Luckily with the help of other drivers we finally catched our bus on the way. The bus drive itself was good; we had enough toilet breaks, the driver was good and the journey went well:)
