Undici miglia a nord-est di Boerne a 325 Kreutzberg Road. nella pittoresca Texas Hill Country si trova Cave Without a Name, una caverna naturale e vivente, e alcuni dicono la più bella del Texas. La grotta si trova a 39 miglia dal centro di San Antonio. È stato aperto per visite pubbliche nel 1939 ed è designato come monumento naturale nazionale. Guide esperte ti accompagnano in un tour che è allo stesso tempo divertente ed educativo per i visitatori di tutte le età. Inizia con una magica discesa lungo 126 gradini che ti riportano indietro nel tempo di migliaia di anni. Ottanta piedi sotto la superficie, la grotta mantiene una temperatura costante di 66 gradi. La complessità delle formazioni rupestri rende la prima visita e ogni visita successiva un'esperienza di risveglio del capolavoro sotterraneo della natura. *Uber e Lyft sono difficili da ottenere dalla nostra sede, quindi ti consigliamo di avere un ritorno programmato se utilizzi questi servizi.

Goditi un tour di un'ora delle sei sale principali nel comfort di 66 gradi tutto l'anno con passaggi facili e un'illuminazione brillante. Il nostro tour della grotta consente agli ospiti di vivere l'esperienza in un piccolo gruppo. Arriva presto o resta in ritardo e fai un picnic dai tuoi preferiti nel carrello. Le attività fuori terra includono il nostro negozio di articoli da regalo, una chiusa di pietre preziose/fossili, affettatura di geodi e un sentiero ombreggiato sul bordo del canyon per fare un'escursione. I minori di 5 anni sono gratuiti con un biglietto adulto a pagamento. Tutti i prezzi includono le tasse.

This cave is a beauty with many different formations and pools. Well lighted and easy walkways, Our guide was knowledgeable and eager to andwer questions, one qualification -- access and exit is by way of a 100+ step stairway.
The pictures do not do justice for how beautiful this cave is. The tour was about an hour long. It was informative and interesting.
This was an amazing tour. The cave was much more extensive than I was expecting. The guides and gift shop folks were knowledgeable and friendly. The gift shop prices were very reasonable for what you’re getting. Highly recommend!
The tour of the cave was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and informed us that some formations were over 150,000 years old. It’s very spacious inside which allows for concerts, weddings etc. FYI if someone is mobility impaired there are numerous steep steps to climb down and back up again. There were handrails. It definitely was worth the time to visit.

Our tour guide Jess was so knowledgeable and respectful of the cave. A large group arrived VERY late and she didn't let it derail the tour for the rest of us. She tried to find us a bat and successfully found us a cave cricket! I look forward to my 7 years of good luck after receiving a lucky cave kiss! IYKYK 😉
