Nous ne sommes pas responsables des contrôles de sécurité ni de la gestion des files d'attente au Panthéon. Tous les visiteurs, quel que soit le lieu d'achat de leur billet, doivent passer par le même contrôle de sécurité obligatoire. En haute saison, les temps d'attente peuvent être plus longs en raison du grand nombre de visiteurs. Nous sommes désolés que cela ait eu un impact sur votre expérience. Si la chaleur était particulièrement intense, un créneau en début de matinée ou en fin d'après-midi aurait pu rendre la visite plus agréable, même si nous comprenons que cela n'est pas toujours possible. The tour promo states skip the line. This is not the case with this ticket. You can buy online directly via Pantheon for half the price 7 euro plus 2 for audio guide. We had 30 minute wait in the sun. Yes there's security but don't expect a quick entry with this ticket.

While you can purchase tickets directly from the Pantheon's official website, our price includes the reservation service, a guaranteed entry time, and a private audio guide, which is different from the official audio guide and does not cost €2. We are not responsible for the security checks or queue management at the Pantheon. All visitors, regardless of where they purchased their tickets, must pass through the same mandatory security screening. During the high season, waiting times can be longer due to the large number of visitors. That said, a 30-minute wait is longer than expected, and the entry time should normally be respected. We're sorry this affected your experience. If the weather was particularly hot, choosing an earlier morning or later afternoon time slot may have provided a more comfortable visit, although we understand this is not always possible. We appreciate your comments, as they help set accurate expectations for future visitors.
I had a wonderful solo visit to the Pantheon booked via Viator and operated by Golden Ticket. The organization was top-notch. The meeting spot was clear, check-in was fast, and the host with the golden flag made it impossible to get lost! Our guide was highly knowledgeable and brought the incredible history of the dome and the tombs to life. It was perfect for a solo traveler looking for an organized, stress-free way to experience this historic site. Definite 5 stars!

Fabulous experience and wonderful architecture. We booked 3pm and it was very crowded and hot! But we still managed to view all aspects. It took approximately 1 hour to go round. The company we booked with called golden ticket was very helpful in making sure.we had our tickets and audio guide. The audio guide was a bit dissapointing though with limited self guide options. Definitely one for the bucket list though!

The audio included was not an audio. I guess you have to download something, which there is no service once you get inside. We did take the last time slot, which was 6:00 pm so it was not too crowded.
