Booked in good faith for a trip from split to hvar as we only had one day available. When we got to the port the staff at the port sent us to 2 different boats and at the second one the member of staff pointed to a 3rd which had left. We tried to contact ferryhopper to try to change to a different boat. No response. We went to speak to member of staff at the information desk who was incredibly rude. Told us tough and carried on with her paperwork. The chat at ferry hopper said to leave a message as they were busy. Several days later no reply. We purchased from another company so our day wasn’t wasted but we are still a lot of money down from ferry port and no response or even acknowledgment. Horrendous customer service and I will continue to chase as we lost money though no fault of ours. We appreciate the staff at the port sending us to the wrong boats each time may not be ferry port fault. But no response at all is poor service. I put the review on Trustpilot and had a response unsurprisingly quickly, someone was going to investigate and come back to me. Again nothing Be warned. Customer service has just ignored. So we still have open tickets but no option to refund. Customer service promises to help but then disappears. Other companies available so choose wisely
Cancelled at last moment because guide was sick , they should have had back up. Never had this experience with via tour
Visiting Hvar was on our to do list whilst staying in Split. We caught the morning ferry across to Hvar. A wander about the streets before we stopped off for breakfast. The island is beautiful. We wandered down to the beach & went in to cool off. The water is so clear, you can watch the fishes swimming about you. After feeling refreshed, we headed back to the shops for a browse at the local products, before stopping off for a cold drink before heading to catch the ferry back at the end of the day. Worth a visit. I would like to stay on the island next time I visit.
Marco was very knowledgeable & a pleasure to spend the morning with! We did the sightseeing tour & also visited a honey farm, tasting honey & also picking olives at a family olive farm, along the way. I wish our young men in the states would be half as industrious as this young man! We enjoyed every minute of this tour! Bravo!! I’m
