Viator and the partners they worked with were very helpful and understanding when we were unable to arrive to our tour at our reserved time. We had an incident with the train and had to back track, which made it impossible to get there in time. They gave us another time slot that worked perfectly and the museum was amazing.
They must give you the ticket to be able to enter. It is not clear who will give it to you. I saw several people looking for their ticket. I bought it because I had lost my ticket the day before and it was no longer available on the website, but upon arrival, I saw that they could sell me a physical one at the window. I regretted buying this at an inflated price so much

It’s a scam… the museum was free all along, and there was no line…. Best was that NO ONE showed up to designated area.
The chaos is finding your ticket group and getting checked in. Basically your ticket is suppose to give you easy access to the Gallery and a bit of background knowledge. Probably good if it is a very crowded day. For a quiet off-season day it is not worth the structured hassle of trying to find your assigned group.
There were hundreds of people there to see The David! We had skip the line and actually arrived 45 min early. The tour guide was able to get us in immediately so it was wonderful. The David was a sight to behold as well as the museum attached.

There is zero organization and not really skipping any lines. I would not recommend. Cannot recommend.
Nice that we were able to skip the line. Didn’t realize this was an unguided tour, so you will have no audio or guide to explain the art. Great tour - completed in less than 1 hr.
Skip the line tickets very worthwhile and pick up well organised. Self guided tour was excellent and good value.
That it's not fast and badly organized. A problem identifying the person responsible, lack of information and fear of fraud.
