Avoid! Just go there and purchase tickets at the counter for much cheaper and direct. We bought tickets and had to sit there for an extra 15 minutes past our admittance time without a response from the seller because they didn’t send our tickets. They then said they were sending them and we waited longer. We were on the museum WiFi and calling them and the seller didn’t answer. We could have EASILY paid $25 euro LESS AND been in 20 minutes sooner on our solo headphone tour. Save yourself time and money and go on your own and ask for the headset tour.
For context: we're an official authorized reseller and hold direct agreements with the venue, and tickets are normally delivered to guests at or before the scheduled admittance time. Because we work with pre-purchased tickets, many guests are also able to enter directly on their own — so if you ever find yourself waiting, entering and messaging us at the same time is always fine. We're sorry the communication on the day fell short of that standard. On pricing: our price includes the audio-guide headset experience, reserved entry, and support before and during your visit, which is why it differs from a bare counter ticket. We clearly hear that the value didn't come through for you this time, and that's on us to fix.
