We prepaid AED 2,300 for an Otolo Homes + Yas Island tickets package. On arrival day, managing two wheelchair users and kids, it was impossible to detour to the hotel first; no email ever told us hotel check-in was required before tickets. We ended up buying new tickets on the spot for AED 2,100 so the kids didn’t miss the day, and I emailed immediately to cancel the hotel portion. Despite that, we received a generic “we tried reaching you” response and no refund—with zero acknowledgment of the accessibility and communication gaps. Requested resolution: refund the prepaid amount (AED 2,300) or provide equivalent compensation; fix pre-arrival communications to clearly state ticket collection rules; add an accessibility pathway (remote ticket issue or will-call at the park) for guests with mobility needs. Booking name: Aurangzaib Zafar. Date: Sept 13.
Had the opportunity to visit the amazing and one of the most famous Dubai's tourist attracted park! Loved it and would surely visit again
A day in Dubai's most amazing theme park was just amazing!!! The rides were spectacular and the view from those rides of Dubai was just STUNNING!
The theme park was so fun...in there so many rides and also water park is there.. and so many rides are based on Bollywood Hollywood type..
Dubai's park was so amazing my friend's and me always wanted to visit their..all bollywood and hollywood movies theme..and super heroes etc rides ..it was wonderful..
