Big Island : 9 - Line Waterfall Zipline Experience

Unfortunately it rained - but it was still a great tour that was a lot of fun. Great guides. I can recommend the tour.

We had an amazing time ziplining at Umauma Falls! Our party of five came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday for the second time in row year at the same zipling experience, and it turned into such a fun and memorable adventure. The scenery and waterfalls were breathtaking, and the experience felt safe and exciting. A perfect way to celebrate a special day in Hawaii! Highly recommend! 🌿🌺

I would give 4.5 stars. It was a beautiful day, scenery was beautiful, guides were very experienced and I felt very safe. Overall Zipline experience was very efficient - so efficient that it was lacking character and personality. This is our 3rd time zip lining on an Hawaiian Island. Our other experiences were much more personal with the guides and group - previously the guides were talking and joking with us, having fun, encouraging talking among the group, and even allowing some open arms, upside down, moves (Not sure if that’s safe?). Even my 11 yo daughter commented on the lack of guide interaction. They can really enhance the experience! Less trips per day might allow for more time with participants:-)

We did the 9 zip lines and had a great time. The staff are knowledgeable and organized. We did this with older kids (young adults) but the group we were in had people of all ages. Highly recommend as an alternative to beach activities. We felt safe and the equipment was in excellent shape. It was rainy the day we visited, no issues at all zipping in light rain.

What a blast! Our whole family loved this adventure. I am a bit afraid of heights, and even I couldn’t help but have a good time. It was actually such a cool way to see the scenery. The grounds are stunning, and the staff was very professional and also entertaining. Highlight of the whole trip for our 11-year-old. It was also long enough of a tour that we felt like it was worth me money (1.5-2 hours depending on group size)
