Highly recommend! This was awesome. We went to 3 wineries each with very different vibes. In the first one we got a tour of the winery and learned a lot about the history and wine making process. Our winery guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The second winery provided a delicious 3 course lunch in a beautiful setting in the garden. The staff here was very attentive and friendly. The last winery was beautiful with stunning views of the Andes. This one reminded me more of the modern Napa wineries. Abby was our guide from the bike company and she was great. The biking was easy (all flat) but it was 95° so it was tough coming back from the last one in the heat. Definitely book this tour for a fun and relaxing day of wine tasting.
Excellent ride, bike ride, view, wine tasting all very nice, pleasant for all wine lovers and good food, it is an incredible experience that cannot be missed.
Really fun tour, our guide was fantastic, the lunch was delicious with an incredible view. Had some fabulous wines!
The day was perfect (most are in Mendoza) and our guide Abby arrange for three different styles of wineries Luli at the first winery spoke good English (since our Spanish is very limited) was very knowledgeable about the history of the winery and the Mendoza growing area A perfect day with a little exercise and great wine
We had a guided tour and it was so relaxing, they did everything for us and it was such a fun day! Highly recommend
This tour was amazing way to experience the bodegas in Mendoza. We visited three wineries. The first was the most in depth. We had a tour of the winery complete with an informative but not too detailed explanation of how the wines are produced. We learned a lot of practical information that we can use in the future when purchasing wine. The tour was followed by a tasting which was equally intriguing. It was amazing how different cheeses and food complement the wines. Our next stop was for lunch where we experienced a three course meal. The food was outstanding as was the dining under grapevines that created a shady canopy. The staff at the winery were so kind and the lunch was not rushed and very tranquil. Our last stop was at a beautiful bodega where we could view the mountains and vineyard. We had a short winery tour and tasting here as well! We would highly recommend Karen for your biking guide. She was attentive and kind and was always concerned about the pace and enjoyment of our bike ride. The bikes were of average quality and did the job. The bike route is mostly on a dedicated bike path but there is some biking on city roads. This was a little hectic and traffic was busy at the time of our ride. I would be hesitant to take families on this route due to the traffic. Most of our time was spent in the wineries with biking between them. All in all we had a great day and would recommend Vistalba Bike Tours!
This tour was amazing. We booked this trip with couples / friends. Upon arrival was easy to complete papers and prepare to ride our bikes with our fabulous guide, Karen. She assured we safely arrived to each bodega and assured the pace was appropriate for us ( 50-60 year olds). Also, of importance the owner, Flora , drove my husband to the wineries to meet the group- because he broke his foot 4 weeks before this trip. The value of this trip was amazing: The first winery we stopped at had a wonderful guide, the second place had an amazing lunch and the 3 rd stop was beautiful vista and view of the mountains. Lastly, all the wine was delicious.
Martina, our guide, was excellent. We went to three wineries with a tastings at two and lunch at another. This was a great way to see Lujan de Cuyo and taste great wine!
Riding between the vineyards was fun and our tour guide Karen was excellent. The vineyards we visited had great heritage and high quality wines to taste. Lunch was amazing - 6 courses paired with wines.
Excellent guided bike trip to 3 wineries and a local provisions supplier. Our bike guide was friendly, helpful and adaptable. All the wineries she took us to were quite different and at the smaller wineries the guides were splendid - knowledgeable, proud of their family achievements in running their businesses and amazingly friendly. We laughed a lot and thoroughly enjoyed their company.
