I really love the online support of Viator. Let me tell you why: 1. the tour was booked 12 hrs. before the schedule 2. the pickup location is not in range 3. the tour guide can tailor made the attractions according to my short free time. 4. I am a solo female tourist, quite cautious, of course. All of these are all solved and I pretty much enjoyed the tour. Program is executed properly, French influence, Nawab influence and British influence. Wrap up with the oldest market in Lucknow. The weather was hot, the honking gave me headache, the traffic is from every direction. Crossing the road is another challenge. All of this is trade off once our tour guide start the story-telling. He is knowledgeable and having good memories. You won't be disappointed choosing Viator. BTW, Vishal is our tour guide.
Visual is a very knowledgeable tour guide. Very much enjoyed the tour on very hot day. He helped with orgizing car for my next trip.
We took this half day tour with Vishal and it was incredible!!! Vishal speaks great English and was so friendly and kind. His knowledge of his subject was superb. The tour was so interesting and entertaining. We would never have discovered nearly all of the places we visited if not for this wonderful tour! I was lucky enough to have Vishal as my guide, he shared his knowledge with me and took me to a few different places which was so enjoyable. Even though it was a half day tour I felt I seen and learnt a lot about Lucknow
Be prepared for some really great views of historic buildings in Old Lucknow. Our guide Vishal Kaushal did a great job in explaining the history of Lucknow plus the story's of these historic buildings. Loads of photo opportunities. Highly recommended.
Vishal was a great guide, he is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful as well. He tailored the tour to our requests and even dropped us at the out of town bus stop at the end, so we could easily sort our onward travel.
Perfect and exactly what I wanted: a tour to the highlights of Lucknow. I didn’t want shopping or a meal and the tour was adjusted to my liking. Jafar was my guide and he was very knowledgeable and seemed to know everyone everywhere we went. Due to bad traffic the pickup was later but Vishal kept me up to date. Vishal was kind enough to adjust the pick up place to suit me. Highlight was the Martiniere college with it’s stunning chapel and the Maqbara of Saadat Ali Khan and his wife’s next to it.
Vishal was our guide and Ritesh was our driver. They both were locals and knowledgeable about the city. They were friendly, flexible and entertaining!
