Il meglio del tour a terra di Civitavecchia: Orvieto e Civita Di Bagnoregio Tour

The attractions are wonderful. The guide was very professional and knowledge. We are very please with his services. The only thing we hope Viator can be improved is the scheduling of the pickup time. The Viator never told us the scheduled pickup time. The guide tried to contact us via phone call and text a couple days prior to the tour date. Since we were on board already, we did not see the VM and text message until the day before. When I tried to call, the only response I got was in Italian which I could NOT understand. The Viator confirmation info told me that they willl pick us us at the port and never tell us if it is a bus, van or private car. The previous experiences I had with Viator were using bus. Therefore we did not know that we need to contact anyone prior to arrange pickup time ourselves. Hope Viator can improve on the communication with their customers.
