Woo Hoo, whizzing around Berlin on electric scoots (luckily we got upgraded to segways which I'd never tried before). Mike was fantastic and fun to share a beer with half way round the tour. He delivered the information in an easy to digest manner and was happy to answer any questions. On the scoots you get to cover large distances across the city very easily and can tick off all the tourist sites you need to see when coming to Berlin. We even took the long way back to headquarters and just got to enjoy cruising around the city for a bit. Segways feel very sketchy to start with but they really don't take long to get used to and 10 mins in, it all comes very naturally.

The Scooters were easy to ride, and we saw both famous sights and hidden spots we would have never found on our own. A fun and memorable experience – would definitely do it again!

Can’t recommend, we booked the tour and it was confirmed - arrived at the location at specified time and no one was there. Tried contacting the tour provider number as provided and received no response. Then contacted Trip Advisor but they couldn’t reach them either. So, stuck without a tour and Trip Advisor tried as hard as possible to not issue a refund - instead trying to issue credit instead. Wouldn’t recommend

While you didnt book directly with us, we can not do anything about 3rd party policies or how they are handeling refunds. One more time sincere apology, I dont know where mistake happen but we hope to see you in Berlin again soon to prove you could have great fun on our tours.
We booked a 2 hour scooter tour and the morning of they did their best to switch everyone to Segways. Others paid for a 3 hour scooter tour so off we went not knowing it would be 3 hours. Our guide Mike was knowledgeable and friendly until the road closures made things difficult. The roads he wanted to take were closed so we had to backtrack and struggle to find our way back. So booking a 2 hour scooter tour to stay off of our feet turned into a 3.5 hour Segway tour. Not what we wanted or needed the day before the marathon.

We booked scooters which are significantly faster than segways. They put two of us with a group of Segway’s. So we were barely moving. Tour guide was horrible. We stopped at like 3 sites in 2 hours and he gave real bad information. We left our 3 our trip an hour early because it was so bad. Avoid.

Excellent overall. Booked scooters and ended up on segways. The beginning seemed a bit unorganized, but in the end, a really great experience and would definitely recommend the tour. Our guide Morgan did a nice job sharing history and facts at the individual sights.

The most memorable part of the ‘tour’ was the lack of an actual guide. Our guide Morgan was always in the lead of the group not waiting for the group to cross very busy city streets. His descriptions of the sights were available easily on our phones and we left feeling no more in the know about a very historic city than when the tour began. We have been on many tours through Viator. We have never been disappointed until today. I would recommend that they consider finding another vendor! If zero stars was an option we would have chosen it.

No Introduction with the other people in the tour. ZERO ENTHUSIASM by MORGAN to this remarkable city called Berlin. Awfully poor Guide interaction with the group! In all of 2 hours not ONCE did he ask us if we have any Questions for him! He wasn’t very knowledgeable either. He really did Not Want to do what he was doing! Wasted a 100 Euros on this tour.
