Il tour partirà da Fontana del Nettuno. Durante il giorno, godrai di una delle migliori escursioni a Berlino e scoprirai i capitoli più emozionanti della sua storia in luoghi chiave - il tutto in un'esperienza confortevole e di alta qualità.
La prima tappa sarà il campo di concentramento. Durante la visita, conosceremo il lavoro quotidiano dei prigionieri e come si svolgeva la vita quotidiana nel campo, attraverso gli edifici sopravvissuti fino ad oggi. Comprenderemo la complessa storia del sito attraverso i vari monumenti che sono stati collocati al memoriale nel corso del tempo, modellati da diverse ideologie e periodi storici. Visiteremo luoghi come: -Mostra "Marce della Morte" - Torre A : Misure di sicurezza e sanzioni - Piccolo campo : Caserme 38 e 39 Campo di prigionia - Cucina e lavanderia - Monumento sovietico del 1961 - Stazione Z - Infermeria e obitorio
Dopo aver visitato il campo, ci dirigeremo a Potsdam. Questa città alla fine divenne una residenza reale, che portò gran parte dello splendore che vediamo oggi: palazzi e giardini dove un tempo governavano e passeggiavano le famiglie reali e le loro corti. Esploreremo la città al fianco della nostra Guida e godremo anche di un po 'di tempo libero per scoprirla al nostro ritmo.

Its was informative and an enjoyable experience. You highly recommend to anyone that wants to learn and experience the atrocities of WWII and then appreciate a Potsdam tour with its history.

Our guide was Matias from Italy. He was very well versed and answered all questions. Made sure that camp tour was appropriate in nature and that post-camp was more lively. We were partnered with a Spanish speaking tour so there were 2 guides. They alternated with their commentary.

Excellent tour. A coach collects you from Alexanderplatz and takes you to both places. There was a Spanish and an English speaking guide who both gave lots of information along the journey and at both stops. You can easily spend a full day at either place so if you want to read everything in the exhibitions at the camp then you will have to come back! Same with Potsdam, it is a beautiful city with interesting buildings, shops and cafe's, as well as a big palace and grounds. A lovely way to spend a day just walking around.

Our guide was excellent and deserves 10 stars. Very knowledgeable, and you could tell history is his passion. However, the time to visit the barracks in Sachsenhausen on our own was way too short, only half an hour. We basically had to run from one to another and there was no time to read and get deeper into the stories told in the different barracks. This was really disappointing, as that was the whole point of the visit. Same in Potsdam, we were rushed through the visit and didn't have time to really discover the park and the town. Also, you don't get to go in the palace - this was not clear when we booked the activities. I would recommend for those who have time, to spend one day in Sachsenhausen and another in Potsdam. To do the two in one day is too rushed.

Very interesting excursion to the concentration camp, but it is sad to witness this reality; our guide, Walid, was very knowledgeable and respectful of the site. Good popularization, very well conveyed. Potsdam is a pretty little town, very beautiful palace and gardens.

I really looked forward to visiting the concentration camp but the tour guide talked constantly and we barely had time to see anything. Most of the day was spent listening to our tour guide Peter.

There is very little time to explore at Sachenhaussen; true historians should take a day trip. It might be noteworthy that lunch is only at 2:00-2:30. It seemed as though there was a lot more Spanish commentary on the bus; we therefore felt that the Spanish group got more value.

Very informative tour of historic sites and events of WW II in addition to touring of the Potsdam palace. We learned about many aspects from the past.
